Great place to come for a relaxing experience and leave with smooth baby skin. The staff is really friendly and helpful and they will guide you through the hole experience. If you take the SPA circuit you can then enjoy the exterior pools.

Noisy. Pricey. Staff hovering over you in an uncomfortable way. Icky food. Even the mud was expensive. Wouldn’t return. There are better spots in Baños although this place claims to be the best. The caves were interesting but don’t need to see them again.I’m really...More

The pool IS heated. I think the other reviewers pretty much addressed your questions. There is also another hot spring spa near by. I do not recall the name.
