These ruins are as good as Ingripirca and the museum is very good at showing the cultural new and old of Ecuador (both are free!)

Some pretty fascinating exhibits and dioramas about the various peoples who have lived in Ecuador . Combine that with the ruins and gardens outside and you have a worthy afternoon visit.

el pumapungo museo is right in the center of town youll find excellent art to see. transportation is very afordable including the taxis.
