It was a nice workshop in Arequipa. The teacher is soooo professional and I did gain much knowledge about chocolate and cocoa. If you have have a free time for 3hours in Arequipa it would be your nice choice Also the price is reasonable!

We spend two and a half hours learning, tasting and making chocolates with Adrian: he’s very engaging and incredibly knowledgeable. I’d recommend this class to anyone coming to Arequipa, it’s one of those experiences that you’ll remember and is exceptionally good value.

The first person to book into each session decides the language so it is best to book in advance (a day or 2) to have the choice. There is a maximum 7-8 people per class.
