Awesome day with Condors!
Aug 2021 • Family
This was such an unexpected surprise. We did it on a whim. We visited the sanctuary with Alberto, who was knowledgeable, courteous and really fun! The rescue work that they are doing there is incredible. From feeding Llamas, Alpacas, monkeys and birds to having Condors land within a foot of our heads, this was an amazing and unforgettable day. Well worth it!

A must for kids and adults alike!
Special, up-close experience with local animals and a private tour guide. Our guide, Albert, did an amazing job explaining everything to us, and he was extremely patient, giving us plenty of time to feed and interact with the animals. The front door pick-up service also made the entire visit that much easier, and our driver, Jhoao, was very friendly and had an immaculately clean car. Would highly recommended this to anyone visiting in the area, especially those with kids or teens.

Cute place to learn about and feed animals

This small sanctuary is a labor of love and it shows. The animals are well cared for and it was nice to be able to come close to them.

Excellent Day Trip!
Jun 2021
Visiting the sanctuary was a great experience! I saw many different animals (bears, llamas, alpacas, vicunas, condors, ducks, birds, for example) that were rescued and are now being taken care of at the sanctuary. Some animals will eventually be released back into the wild. Alberto (my tour guide) did a fantastic job of explaining the details of how a particular animal arrived at the sanctuary and I was allowed to feed the llamas and alpacas. I also made friends with a duck! Seeing condors up close was amazing! You can order an admission ticket online and when you arrive in Cusco, call the sanctuary and arrange for a round-trip ride from your hotel and back. There is a food concession on site and a souvenir shop where you can buy lots of nice things. Money goes to help the animals. Please visit the sanctuary; I know you will enjoy your visit and the animals are looking forward to seeing you!

Thanks for rescue animals !

We took a taxi to this place because we were told that here they have condors, but once we arrived there was not only a condor, theres were other animals as well, we saw pumas, alpacas, llamas, vicuñas and births, we were happy to know that the owners rescue those animals from bad people.

The only thing is that I would recommend to have a bigger place for those cute animals.

Andean zoo.

A charming place where you can have contact with animals that have been rescued. Take photos with llamas and vicuñas and see the flight of the Condor. It also offers purchase of crafts and Peruvian food.

I am glad I visited the park. Very informative about Andean animals and overall a beautiful project to raise awareness. I learned a lot about Andean animals and am praying for a change of human behavior. Condor flight was impressive and really beautiful animals.

Worth a stop!
We had a wonderful time here. The animals are precious and it's awesome to get to see them so closely. Our tour guide was John and he was wonderful- friendly, funny, and accomodating. Take your time and spend some cash, it's for a great cause!
