We had two one day tours with Inka Time: one to Humantay Like and one to Rainbow Mountain with Red Valley.
The service was very good, they picked us up from hotel early in the morning, than we had tasty breakfast, after hike we had tasty lunch. Both tours were well organized, the guides were professional, kind nad helpful, especially at Rainbow Mountain were one of us had some issues with high altitude.
So if you are looking for good shared service to those two beautiful spots I highly recommend Inka Time.
One thing - as for me Rainbow Mountain tour was a little bit rush so when we spent too much time at Vinicunca peak (everywhere there was a line of people waiting to take a good picture, so we had less time to go to Red Valley, but I understand that the schedule is tight. Also one of us felt bad because of altitude so our guide (I can't remember his name, sorry) decided to come back straight to bus, skipping Red Valley - we went only at the gate of Red Valley - and I think it was very good decision, very professional, safety first, thank you).
Anyway, great tours, great experiences :-)

My wife and I are seniors and decided to do a private 2-day tour of The Sacred Valley and Machu Picchu so we could move at our own pace. This was perfect for us at our age. Day 1 was in The Sacred Valley with Jhon as our informative and considerate guide. We took the train to Aguas Calientes and spent the night there. The next day we visited spectacular Machu Picchu with another excellent guide, Elvis. Our private driver from Cusco and return was Clever. All Inka Time staff, guides and driver were terrific. My 10 year old son and I had the best time in Cusco, I live in Australia for 30 years and I took my son back to his roots to show him the land of his ancestors and the best tour company was Inka Time to do this. My son is so in love with Peru and thank you so much for making this possible. See Machupicchu and conquered the Rainbow mountains was an achievement no one can take away from us! You guys are the best, so professional, knowledgeable, friendly and transparent all the way. I will recommend you guys to all my friends and family here in Australia and Peru ❤️

From the time I landed in Cusco, Inka Time Tour was waiting for me. Every day Tour was conducted very professional by the Tour guide and the bus driver. They would go the extra mile to make your trip very enjoyable. Communication was A + between all of us. I strongly recommend Inka Time Tour.

We bought the private tour package from Inca Time that included Rainbow Mountain, Sacred Valley, Machupicchu, and Cusco City. It was absolutely Amazing and the company Inca Time took care of us from the beginning. They picked us up from the airport and brought us to the hotel!! The first two days our tour guide was John Jones and he took us on the Cusco City Tour. He was very informative and knew a lot of information and history about the whole city!! On our third day of the tour, we visited The Rainbow Mountain and our tour guide was John Wick. John was very energetic, helpful, informative, polite and had a good sense of humor throughout our whole day. He made sure everyone was safe, because the altitude was very high on Rainbow Mountain!!! He kept our spirits high and happy!! On our fourth and fifth day, we went to Sacred Valley and Machupicchu. Our tour guide was Elvis, and he was very informative, polite, and smiling and also was our photographer 😁throughout our tour!! Thank you Inca Time, John Jones, John Wick, and Mauro for an experience my family and I will never forget!!!

I took the Sacred Valley tour the last Thursday and I was a wonderful experience. It was a first class service and the guide JHON HUANCA was amazing, he explained to us with great patience every details about the history of the ruins and more , very professional and attentive. Highly recommended.

We did the Sacred Valley Tour One Day, and let me tell you - DO THIS TOUR. This company offered the only tour I could find that went to all the main sites in the Sacred Valley in one day. PLUS, it was super cheap! Our guide was so kind and presented the information in Spanish and English. He was super willing to answer questions and provide further explanation if needed. The travel was smooth and timely. I highly recommend.

This was the first time we were traveling overseas the entire family. We were a little hesitant due to some bad experiences with tour agencies. However I must say Inka Time took all those fear away since the moment we arrived to Cuzco, guides were amazing, very informative and the whole experience was synced to perfection. There was never a delay and they were always easy to contact. Cuzco was more than we expected as well, the city is beautiful and the scenery is breathtaking, we fell in love, even my 12yo wanted to relocate. Shout out to Mauro, Jhon and Elvis and the whole team.

A very good organized tour. Starting with the communication with the tour agency and the easy quick booking.
Pick-ups were on time. Our guide Eder was excellent. He told us a lot about the history of the incas and this place. He took everyone into concideration in terms of fitness. The views were amazing.

Our experience with Inka Time was incredible. We had a tour of Machu Picchu with Elvis and the talk was very informative. He took the time to take pictures of us which came out great. He was very friendly. Also Mauro took care of carrying our luggage to our hotel where we were staying coming back from Aguas Calientes and they were able to give us an extra seat for our baby on the train. I would use and recommend them again anytime.

Did you book with Inka Time in advance (online) or when you arrived in Cusco?
Which method would you recommend, especially see that one company told me that I'll not be refunded once I pay...almost 6 months in advance! For that, they said I should take travel insurance.

I also booked in advance. As Inka time was the only company advertising the Rainbow Mountain + Red Valley day trip from Cusco for a fair price I was ok with paying in advance. You could collect some info about how quickly the excursion you´re planning to do usually fills up and then decide whether to book online or not.

I'd like to do the Short Inca 2 day/1 night hike PLUS Rainbow Mountain/Red Valley. What do you recommend to do first? I heard the Rainbow 5-hour hike can be pretty brutal, so should I wait AFTER the Inca Trail or I'd be toast for it? I'll be doing back to back as it's a short trip. Thank you! BTW, anyone going Nov 23-25?

If you are in good shape you can do in the order you want, but we always recommend to have at least one day to acclimatize before to go the Rainbow Mountain, the Inca Trail is lower altitude than the Rainbow mts.

Hola, como asi ubicaste a esta agencia desde internet? buscaste agencias de viajes en Cusco ? o como? yo tuve que entrar a google maps y "recorrer" las calles de Cusco y apenas veian una agencia le escribi sobre sus tours, Inka times fue el primero en contestar y por eso viaje con ellos a Valle Sagrado XD

Si es la Misma de Toda la Vida, Inka Time Tours & Treks, esta en calle Triunfo en el mismo centro comercial al lado de la puerta principal, el telefono nuevo es 388 anteriormente estaba en el interior pero ahora tiene puerta hacia la calle telf: +51 84 243 605
