Hard working people trying to do their best for the manatees with very little funding. Small place, nice tour, fun to touch and feed the adult manatees, but overall felt sad for the animals there.

Manatees are my all time favorite animal, and I was so excited to finally see some up close! It's a very nice little zoo/reserve, with several different species of monkeys, sloths, otters, turtles, etc. to see and an informative guided tour. The manatees are the...More

Worth stopping in to walk around. You get to see rescued animals, and get up closer than you can in the US. The monkeys are extremely friendly and fun to watch. Also you can hold Boa's along w/ swim on a lake beach.

This is just amazing. It was so much fun. It is not big. Count about 1-1.5 hours. Very professional. This is a great place, it's fun and it's a good place to support with the visit. In my opinion, one highlight in Iquitos.

I would say its not the best idea. Theres no where to put luggage and traffic is very chaotic getting around. You could give it a try but Im not sure all the extras of it

We went in at 11, but our tour guide had asked if we wanted to go at 9am so ai would assume that means they were open at 9. Things seem to stay open fairly late too
