We loved Miraflores during our 4 night stay in Lima! We decided to stay there as it offers a big variety of hotels and great restaurants to choose from, it is just in the seafront for a wonderful walk in Malecon and it is much safer than many other districts of Lima.

Reminded me of Albir in Spain where I go a lot. Safe and clean with some good souvenir shopping and a couple of decent restaurants

Stayed at a small hotel in the Miraflores District of Lima. I felt very safe. There are plenty of nearby shops, restaurants (the ceviche is a MUST) and a market selling souvenirs of all kinds. For all the hustle and bustle of down town Lima, Miraflores is a laid back and pleasant base for exploring the city

There are parts of Miraflores worth visiting such as the park with artisenal vendor, nighttime the park is well lit. also is the boardwalk and tennis club, casino social club and simply enjoying the architecture. a good way to share the everyday experience of living in Peru.

Our hotel was here and we were so grateful. The homes and people are beautiful and we felt safe walking around. The businesses are integrated with the nice houses and it all flows nicely. We will return.

Lots of energy and hustle. Felt very safe. Lots of great places to eat. About 30 min to Old Lima. Kennedy Park was a fun area.

Definitely visit. This has been my favourite Capital City Suburb of all places I've ever been. Forget the 'danger' warnings, its rubbish. Amazing place to visit! Check out Barranco too!

The area has a lot of small coffe shops and bars, it is very nice to walk around. A trip to the ocean view is also recommendable

The Miraflores neighborhood is a highly beautiful and accessible area of Lima that lies a few hundred meters above the Pacific waves of the Costa Verde (by no means is the water green. It is brown and waiting for servicios de agua/water treatment to become a "thing" in Peru). Well above the smell of this manmade disaster you are treated... More
