Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

This park is a must-experience gem on any trip to Lima—why doesn’t it feel talked-about enough? It was only a brief walk from my hotel, so I frequently traversed it en route to sights in Miraflores. The greenery and fountains are spectacles to behold. The grounds are immaculately maintained and spotless. The air is clean and the hustle and bustle of the city is hard to detect. I felt very safe at all times in El Olivar.
So long as you visit responsibly by cleaning up and leaving no trace, everyone should check out this area of Lima. Or perhaps its secret shouldn’t be divulged in order to preserve the dearth of tourists!

nice and quiet park for a stroll, first time I see a park with mostly olive trees. Families with children, older people taking a walk couples.... Plenty of benches to rest

A beautiful area of Lima. We stopped here during a guided tour and learned about the expansive villas and the beautiful olive trees. Well worth a quick stop and a great photo-op as a memory from your trip!

There's a lot of olive trees and a few nice spots to see but nothing more. So not worth going out of your way to see. You were forced to wear mask everywhere.

Based on your book we thought there was just a few olive trees. The park was actually very large with many old trees and interesting houses sometimes protruding into the park.

A beautiful park, the main feature of which are the ancient preserved olive trees. There are also exhibits of old machinery used in the production of olive oil, plenty of greenery, colourful flowers and shrubs and an ornamental pond stocked with fish and terrapins.
Well worth a visit.

Does this park have free public wifi? I know some of the Lima parks do (Kennedy and Amor).
