Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

A nice historical monument with memorial plaques for important sea-related Peruvians. In the evenings, there is a crowd of tourists, as there is a great viewpoint to watch the sunset.

A lovely park in miraflores with amazing views of the coast. From here you can easily walk down to the beach.

This is a very colorful lighthouse, in one of the many parks along the Miraflores boardwalk. You cannot climb it or anything, but it makes a nice photo stop. Worth the walk and enjoy the day.
Like many parks in this stretch, it has a magnificent view to the ocean.

The area is very nice, plenty of green space, nice flowers, trees around and the beautiful promenade.

Old light house with many chairs around it to sit & enjoy the ocean. It is recommended to walk from here to Larcomar as it is around 25 minutes walk with nice view.

A monument in Miraflores along the bike/running path. The surroundings are beautifully manicured with colorful flowers. It's in a park overlooking the Pacific Ocean. There are benches in the area. A good place to have a picnic or just relax.

Nice place to be and enjoy the view. Doesn’t look like it opens for interior viewing at least not on a regular basis. No signage to indicate either way.

We decided to walk back to our hotel after lunch and passed through the Oceanside Malecon. Right at the beginning for us was the lighthouse. Right there and easy to take a good look at. Our grandkids were thrilled. They had never seen one before.

This is an interesting feature on the wonderful cliff top walkway at Miraflores. It is very photogenic with interesting motifs. There are brilliant views from this area along the cliffs and down to the Pacific Ocean below. It is one of the oldest structures in this area dating back to 1900 and still in working order so that you can view the flashing light.

This is a small lighthouse on the walkways of Miraflores. Worth checking out if you are walking by the area but to me, not worth seeking out. It is just a light house that you cant go it, but at best can take photos of while in the area.
A fun nice setting though.
