This is probably one of the best sights in Montevideo. The building is really great from the outside, although it may seem quite isolated and empty (depending when you're there)

We only drove past. At other times, I think one can get guided tours. Buenos Aires and Montevideo are full of buildings like this. Not a must see/do.

We stopped by the Parliament and took some nice pictures of this imposing building. Unfortunately time had a burden on it and it remains damaged. Worth a visit though.

Certainly worth the stop here. Interesting to learn about how the nation conducts its politics. Very calmly unlike anyone else. Cool building for pictures. The tours can be real interesting, so I would highly recommend if here.
