Mixed park. Includes lakes & green area also goes down to fun fair which is open at weekends. The large building looks to be in disrepair & isn't open to visitors.

The park is huge. The most interesting part of it is the Museo de Artes that contains paintings of the most famous Uruguayan painters

Parque Rodó is a good place to walk, but not a must see attraction. On Sunday, there is a outdoor mall (artesanal, clothes, etc).

Rode once was a beautiful parc. It still is towards the Sea. The rest is in ruins, the "Lake" is full of garbage and Much of the fence broken.
