Beautiful morning for a stroll through the market. Lots of hand made crafts and clothing. Plenty of food stalls catering for all tastes. Live entertainment with Cook Island dancing. Best place to go to pick up locally made souvenirs.

It is a typical village market. Nice going around but It didn't grab me, the stalls offer same products you can find in town, but you pay up to 50% more.

A great place to buy souvenirs, food and meet local people. It’s a relaxing market where you can a good mix of touristy and local buys. Markets are always a good option when traveling, and this one shouldn’t be missed!

Market is open Saturday morning 8am till 1pm, it is bustling with all stalls open from arts and crafts, clothing and food. Only select shops open Monday to Friday and they are predominantly at the top end of the marketplace... More

Yes only Saturdays, try Muri night markets but it's a shame you won't get to enjoy the buzz that surrounds the Saturday fun
