    Best tour service ever!
    We visited Fiji in March through Collette Tours. They outsourced our Fiji experience to Rosie Travel Services. Throughout our stay from the airport pick up, resort stay, off resort tours to airport drop off; was all wonderful. Our tour coordinator Ronni was excellent. He went out of his way to make sure our Fiji experience was delightful. We had multiple options for activities to do both on and off the resort. I would definitely recommend Rosie Travel Services to anyone for their travel needs while on Fiji. They provided a true door to door or airport to airport service.

    First Class Service
    Rosie holidays and tours were amazing they are owned and operated by Fijians so your money stays in Fiji. The people are amazing from the greeting you get at the airport to the assistance with booking tours , it was all first class service. So may tours to choose from and the inclusions we got through Flight Centre were fantastic. Thanks again for making our holiday so amazing.

    A wonderful experience
    A great tour booked with Rosie holidays, includes a welcoming ceremony, preschool visit, and a hike to a beautiful waterfall, where you can swim. We loved the preschool visit, the children, sang us songs, asked questions about us and our family and told us their dreams. Our guide Sani, was lovely, very caring and knowledgeable.

Okay but not great

We hired a private return transfer via the hotel for 500 FJD, which doubles the market average. Upon arrival there was no one greeting us or holding up a sign with our names on. We had to ask around to find Rosie’s office which Is hidden behind a crowd of drivers waiting for their pick ups. When we finally got to the car my it was a very very old Prado with 350K on it. Although the driver was talkative and friendly, we feel that for the premium price charged Rosie should’ve arrange a better vehicle and enhance its service from the moment we entered arrival hall. We cancelled the return leg and used Fiji Chauffeurs & Transfers instead, which was awesome/ budget friendly.

Excellent service!

We had transfers to and from the airport to our resort at the Warwick, which is a 2hour trip each way. Both drivers provided excellent service above and beyond what was expected, especially Naveen, who provided a full commentary of Fiji, it’s culture and traditions, and pointed out numerous sights along the way. Both drivers arrived promptly and drove safely and helped make the trip comfortable and enjoyable. I would highly recommend Rosie’s for tours or transfers and would especially request Naveen for tours.

Our best part was meeting Esther at Radisson Blu.
After being encouraged by multiple tour places of a discount for 90 minutes of our time we were over it.
We approached the Rosie Holidays tour desk at Radisson Blu expecting the same result but no! Esther listened to what we wanted. She gave us a few brochures which prices and explained all the tours. She then said if there is anything you want to book just contact me. There was no pressure.
We ended up booking the Jewel of Fiji tour which was the best day of our holiday. We had 2 adults and 2 kids (11 & 12) We got to see villages, did a river cruise, swam under a waterfall, participated in a traditional Cava ceremony and met amazing people. We had (Nam sorry if I miss spelled) as our tour guy and he was amazing! Funny, informative and fantastic with kids.
We highly recommend Rosie Holidays and if you can meet Esther you will love her as much as we did.

It’s a scam. The excursions were falsely advertised. They will still send you out into bad weather and risk your life.

I booked two excursions beachcomber island resort and waterfall tour with a village tour. The excursion for beachcomber island was very falsely advertised. I specially asked the lady at Rosie holidays for a place that was a turtle sanctuary. I saw a nice video of a turtle sanctuary on the plane before landing in Fiji. When we got to the beachcomber island we waited like 4 hours before we even saw the 5 turtles. They had a snorkeling and fish feeding thing planned but since it was so windy the water was too bad to go out for that. Which is funny why bring us to an another island when we cannot do anything there. When we finally saw the turtles I was expecting hundreds of turtles like the video on the plane was showing. Obviously this was a different place. Such a disappointment. The way back to the main island was the worst part. We were going against the waves on the way back and the person driving the boat was driving so fast against them. He was dropping us like 10-15 feet with each wave until the windshield broke and then he slowed down. I am definitely traumatized and will not be getting on a boat again. The weather was predicted to be exactly the same for my next excursion for very next day except it was actually going to rain. The next excursion said I was supposed to get on another boat to get to the village to then go to the waterfall. I intended on letting the Rosie holiday desk know that I was not going to get on another boat for the next excursion but we got back so late they were closed already and then had to leave before they even open the next day. After breakfast the next day I went to complain about what happened the day before and that I was not going to go on the next excursion because of that. But they told me to send an email about the complaint and they only responded once to the email and I never heard from them again. It really felt like the whole thing was a scam and no one cared that my life was in danger or that both excursions should have been cancelled because of bad weather. Then that would mean they would have to refund me and of course they didn’t want to do that they would rather risk the lives of their customers. I am currently in the process of disputing the charges with my credit card. I will never return to Fiji again.

Good but too expensive.

Kula Wildlife staff. Beautiful staff, good booking experience. Way Too expensive for what you get and the charge for water slide for a family is crazy! Clean facilities, good pizza. Way too expensive. Could be in and out within an hour easy.
Did a cruise… again good but too expensive. Prices have gone up a lot and as much as I understand the VAT has increased I feel tourists are being ripped off. Not the Fiji it was a few years ago. We came because we could do things as we wouldn’t be able to afford back home and can splurge a bit extra for a holiday but won’t be returning as was being charged every way you turned and too much for what you get. Tourists aren’t all wealthy with endless budgets.

Wonderful experience!

My friend and I recently spent a week in Fiji and while we were there we did a half day tour with Rosie Holidays which took us to Vuda Lookout, Viseisei Village and then to the Garden of the Sleeping Giant. I forgot the name of our tour guide, but he was absolutely fantastic! Very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. Unfortunately it was raining quite heavily for much of the tour so we missed out on seeing some of the village, but the weather can’t be changed and we had a great time anyway! The lookout had a stunning view and while up there we were given fresh fruit and juice. The Sleeping Giant garden was lovely and contained many varieties of beautiful orchids. Definitely recommend this tour to anyone travelling to Fiji!!

Great Port to Airport Transfer Service

We used Rosie Holidays for a transfer from Port Denarau to Nadi Airport. Our driver (Naveen) was great! In addition to patiently waited in a downpour when our speedboat was 45 mins late in arriving, Naveen provided fun facts on our short ride to the airport. Although we have been to Fiji many times, Naveen was able to provide interesting new facts that we had never previously heard about Fiji. Naveen is a wonderful ambassador for Fiji!
