We played "the Pyramid" in English with our 8-year-daughter and 5-year-old son. Unlike the other ordinary escape rooms, the Pyramid room itself was not dark, so our kids could play it without any fear and had a fun time. We enjoyed the warm friendly atmosphere although the room itself was an adventurous one. What is more, our gamemaster was very nice and kind. Thank you!

I've been to more than 45 Escape rooms and yet, Key Room Escape in Sarajevo managed to surprise me with inovative and above all, creative room setups. Hours of fun, super nice game master, attention to details... Wow! Easy 10/10.

It was new experience for 15 boys (9-10 years old), they were excited and delighted. They spent first hour in rooms, and second hour in small party with music, pizza, cake.
Kids are safe as ther is video control in rooms, and one staff member is inside with them as a part of scenery :)
I recommend it!

We were in a Haunted Doll House room and it was fantastic. Lots of thrills and puzzles. I think this is the best escape room we've visited so far. Fantastic job, Key Room Escape !

My boyfriend and I went to the Haunted doll house and we both had so much fun, we went through all the tasks together and tried finding solutions together. It is really tricky, scary, exciting and a bit funny, especially when you get out and share your thoughts with you partner in crime! It is really good to have this experience with someone you are close with as it also reveals your personalities in a way other situations do not - in our case, really positive ones :) Thanks Key Escape Room, looking forward to new rooms! 😨😨

Fun, fun and fun! This place is must see. Take as many friends as you can with you, go and have fun, feel the energy and the adrenaline of finding a clue to escape the room.

My friends and I have been in the Haunted Doll House theme room. We had great time finding way out from this room and it was also challenging. We will go back to try escape from another room. :D

We came as a group of quite experienced players and had a LOT of fun. Wanted to play one game, but done the both of them, and both are very well made, with nice plot. Game masters are very welcoming and helpful. Must visit place in Sarajevo!

Murder in the Garage is the best escape room in Sarajevo, it is fun, challenging, interesting, with a lot of unexpected twists! The team of Key Room Escape was very professional and we would definitely recommend everyone to have fun there!

Group of 6 people (10-27y) had tons of funny, memorable and scary moments.
Room: Haunted doll room
Duration: 60min (we finished it in 40min)
Space:enough (although max. 5 people)
Ambient sound: As expected, but not throughout the whole game
Room details: Made with love, some have a meaning others distract, all in all ok
Secrets/twists: Nicely done! Unexpected things happen uppon a while
Distractions: There are some, but they do not distract from the main quest.
Riddles: Mainly locks that require a key/number, logic driven riddles, combinatory riddles, colors, objects, interaction
Communication between team members: Essential after some time
Use of light/dark: Yes
Scary moments: Yes, all the time
Instructors: Very nice and polite, funny and never arrogant, do not steal away riddles but help when needed
How difficult is the room?
6.5/10 ideal for casual players, newbies, and because of the theme may be one of the best for birthdays of teens/children but also fans of the mystery genre.
Critics:
-there may be more riddles that are not based on keys/keylocks. For instance: Use of NFC, magnetic, mechanical elements for drawers. Use of light paths, simple prisms to access codes/clues. Simple marble paths that can open drawers. Simple puzzles (although one is already included)
-the mystery theme may be more pronounced through ambient sound and interuptions like if lights go off suddenly, doll laughter occurs, dolls turn their heads or blink ocassionally.. Etc.
-SPOILER.... As the game proceeds the aim changes and escape becomes crucial, it would be nice if this change resulted in different light (red) and a faster pace abient sound to put more pressure on the gamers.
Best parts about this room:
-twists and secrets everywhere!
-scary moments and constant tension
-interaction between instructors and gamers is made in a very new way, much better than the standard interactions
-distraction is brought on a new level here
All in all me and my team would recommend this room to everyone, it has some nice aspect that i have never seen in other rooms. However it may be tuned a little bit more to achieve the status of an excellent room.
From what we have seen the other rooms of "Key Room Escape" are surely also made with love and we look forward for playing those and also the ones that are currently under construction.
