ABSOLUTELY AWESOME TOUR! Ervin offers the ultimate Sarajevo experience. The depth of his knowledge is virtually unlimited, and he is an extremely thoughtful and generous person. It was a real treat touring the city with him! His selfless decision to cap the size of his groups makes a big difference.

I have been travelling to the Balkans (and mostly Sarajevo) for roughly 20 years and, as a “self-proclaimed guide” (i.e. I enjoy exploring and researching places/history by myself), I was slightly reluctant to “appoint” a guide for an area (Mount Igman) that, until today, had been missing from my own “visitor’s book”. Getting in touch with Ervin was the best thing I could have ever done — his superior knowledge, kindness and patience whilst answering my questions were simply impressive and I also liked the fact that he wouldn’t be playing the usual “war rhetorical lament” as of propaganda from either side or, even worse, “cheap statements” as of who started what (widely available on mainstream media without the need of a guide). In a nutshell: above any expectation and I’m genuinely happy to have learned lots of new things thanks to him and his (excellent) driver as well.

Ervin is extremely knowledgeable about the region's history and it's people. He has a well-designed itinerary to provide a comprehensive overview of Sarajevo and Bosnia. He is very thoughtful and customer-oriented, concerned for our comfort and wellbeing throughout the tour. I would recommend this tour to anyone interested in learning and seeing the important historical and cultural sites around Sarajevo.

Ervin is a great tour guide and the war tour covers so much material and area. I highly recommend this tour for anyone. Whatever your interests, this tour is for you and will be tailored as you go.
We met at the fountain and all details were taken care of. We even received reading and follow up reading for those who were interested in learning more history.

We were lucky enough to travel off season and have Ervin to ourselves! What a great morning; whilst we didn't physically travel far, we definitely felt we had a really fun and immersive introduction to the city, the country, their culture and histories. Ervin was really open, answering all our questions with great humour, and we definitely appreciated all the little touches (& tastings!). Oh, and that all-important WiFi hotspot too...! Would highly recommend.

I went on Toorico's free walking tour and have an absolutely fantastic experience. While Sarajevo is a beautiful city, the highlight of the tour was getting to know our guide, Ervin. Both incredibly funny and a wealth of knowledge, Ervin can tell you all you need to know about Sarajevo's and Bonsia's complicated history and political and social climate. Adding a more personal feel to the facts presented, Ervin shared personal details from his family's experience during the Siege of Sarajevo, which really helps you to understand the difficulties people faced. Throughout the tour, Ervin stopped at some of his favorite local vendors, allowing us to sample some of the best local delicacies.
While the tour is great, Ervin has also compiled a wealth of resources that can help you explore the city and learn more about Bosnian history. After I contacted him to reserve a space on the tour, he send an extensive PDF that serves as a city guide. This document had tons of great restaurant recommendations, which I used throughout my stay in the city. After the tour, Ervin shared lots of links to books and documentaries that can be used to delve deeper into Bosnia's history. I really could not recommend Toorico tours enough. If you are in Sarajevo, spending an afternoon with Ervin is a must!!!

We took both the city walking tour and the complete war tour with Ervin, after being recommended to his tours by friends, and are SO very glad that we did.
The recent history in and around Sarajevo can be a heavy topic. We felt like Ervin was able to convey a ton of information in an interesting and educational way, while lacing in some humor that our group greatly appreciated! Interlacing his own family stories in the 90s really brought home what actually had happened.
I'm sure there are a lot of tour guides in town, but Ervin's intelligence and humor simply can't be beat. I would highly recommend ANYONE traveling through this region to book these tours. You will learn so much, visit a lot of interesting sights, and laugh a lot.

If you want to learn everything about Sarajevo and for all Bosnia-Herzegovina, Ervin is your man! He is a very clever and sympathetic young man who can answer to all your questions about his country. He loves his profession and does it perfect. Do not miss his free walking tour! Do not miss his war tour! They are both an exceptional experience!

I have not enough words to describe how satisfied we were with everything on Toorico tours! We attended both the war tour and a free walking tour and both of them were just perfect. Highly informative, interesting, enjoyable, varying... Our guide Ervin is beyond awesome. Funny, friendly and professional. This guy knows everything about Sarajevo. He loves his job and does everything possible to guarantee that you enjoy your time during the tours. I recommend both tours we took part. Do not leave Sarajevo before attending Toorico tours!!

Hey there sir, I actually wanna visit sarajevo and bihac but I think u only provide tours in specific areas so do guide me about tours a bit cuz we want to visit bosnia after pandemic of covid-19 ends.
Also guide me sire can u facilitate us with rental transportation too?
And one important thing can u provide us with invitation letters if we pay you for that ?

Unfortunately we don't provide tours to Bihac. On our website you can see the tours we provide.
Also due to being a very small agency we are not able to provide rent a car services.
And also we are not legally registered for providing invitation letters.
Sorry that can't help with much but you can try contacting other agencies who might have bigger capacity regarding your requests.

No se si ha visto la parte de la web pagina en español? Ahi tiene escrito que una vez al dia hay el free tour en español.
Por si no conoce el concepto de los free tours, son tours basados en propinas asi que usted al final del tour puede pero no tiene que dejar una propina dependiendo de su satisfaccion con el tour, ingresos y etc.
Lo mejor es enviar correo electronico para la fecha en la que esta interesada y el numero personas y le dire lo que hay disponible en caso de que hay algo disponible como son plazas limitadas para mantener la calidad.

As written on the website, first of all you need to send an email with a booking request and then you will get a reply with the possible starting time as each day is different, unfortunately nothing available for 16th of July but send an email and we will let you know if something changes.

Lamentablemente no ofrecemos ese tipo de servicios,el billete es sólo posible comprar físicamente en la estación de trenes en Mostar.
No he encontrado ningún mail de que nos ha escrito sobre los tours? Nos envía un mail con el número de personas, el tour/tours en los que está interesado y le contestamos que es posible.
