The structure that remains is astounding, that it remains , even its current state, is a testament to the builders and should remain as it is. If its rebuilt in its entirety it will not appreciate the structures history

Right opposite the modern Europe Hotel and surrounded by steel and concrete, The TasliHan is a lovely and interesting contrast. Build in the Ottoman times, it reminds me of the bazaars in IStanbul. There are good shops inside too. Worth a visit.
