The Eternal Flame of Sarajevo was erected after WWII, but with the horrid bullet holes on it from the city's siege makes you think it is to commemorate the war on Bosnia between 1992-95. Most touching.

This is a great quick stop as you walk the city street. A memorial worth a visit if you're walking the town.

This monument honors all of the fallen people who were defying, and in the end defeating Sarajevo and Bosnia from the Fascist occupation. Words carved in to this stone underlines Yugoslav dedication to defeat Fascism and make it a pert of bitter past.
