First of all, ALL of these tours are peanuts cheap. That was much appreciated! Second, my wife is a HUGE history buff, so she enjoyed this tour immensely. Third, I found the amount of information our guide had to share downright incredible. It was like chatting with an encyclopedia for 3 hours. I would recommend a different tour for a... More

Thank you for the review! This tour really is all about right information, so sorry I didn't see it was too much. I enjoy telling the stories, I think they are important and they are overwhelming. Hope you will continue doing these theme tours. Kind regards Samia More

Samia was the perfect guide on our first day in Zagreb. Even in our jet lagged state we were able to appreciate the city and understand its history so much better having had Samia's personal introduction. We paused for lunch at her favorite strukli restaurant and her recommendations were spot-on. I cannot recommend a better start to a visit in... More

We had a wonderful day of food and culture walking with Samia. She took us to the Dolac market, where we sampled different offerings. We then went to one of her favorite places for Strukli, which one must sample while in Zagreb. We also visited a favorite pastry shop. She has a great knowledge of the city and we really... More

Samia is the Jewel of Zagreb! She really made the 2+ hours a special time, full of food, culture and hIstory. A great combination of market tastes and well-chosen local shops serving sweet and savoury treats. I got a great feeling for the major themes in the continental Croatian diet/cuisine. I also had a great introduction to Zagreb. Samia made... More

We did a four hour walking tour with Samia Zitouni that was focused on the history and culture of Croatia and Zagreb. Samia is an excellent English speaker. Her knowledge of history, culture, architecture, and the arts is extensive. In a half day she helped us gain an impressive foothold on the complicated history of this region, making the experience... Samia is a superb tour guide. She is very passionate about her city, Zagreb, and it comes through very clearly in her extensive knowledge & mannerism. Samia gives great tips about local restaurants & bars. She also encourages her clients to take the tram and explores the local neighbourhoods so one can gain more in-depth experience of the city .... We did the 2 hour food tour of Zagreb and it was brilliant. Our guide was knowledgeable, passionate about local food culture and history and friendly. A perfect way to get a taste of regional cuisine. Top notch.

Samia gave me a private food tour in Zagreb, that combined Croatian culture, history, and of course food. She is is warm, informative, and enjoyable to be with.
