Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

I recently had the opportunity to get to know the great city of Chisinau and its people. I wanted to stay in the center to get a feel of the city and its vibe.
My hotel, the City Park Chisinau was located directly on the pedestrian street, Strada Uevgeniy Doga. It was beautiful, and the people were so very friendly and welcoming. I think it is a great, undiscovered gem in the eastern edges of Europe. Do look into coming for a visit. The wines are exemplary!

This is one of Chisinau mostlaid-backl streets day and especially at night. I was there during Christmas and it was a dream to visit . It was beautifully lit with Christmas lights. This street has some historical buildings . Evening stroll is wonderful here as well because there is no traffic.

Atmosphere of the street is very pleasant. There you can easily detach from the hurried pace of the city. Lots of cafes and pubs for every for preferences. Also there often are organized cultural events. Very nice place!

Lovely place to hang out in the summer evenings. Enjoyed a lot a live concert of an orchestra performing magnificent plays of Moldovan composer whose name is given to the street

I was really pleased to see that this street had a sepcarate entry on TripAdvisor, as i thought it was memorable
It's a combination of many things that make it it stick in the mind-the cobblestones, the slight slope so that you can see a vista right down to the imposing streets at the far end, the selection of outdoor cafes and restaurants with their bustling nature
The fact that it's clearly a draw for local eople as well as visitors makes it a place that's ideal for relaxation-and is an ideal point also for exploration, with the nearby park and the cathedral nearby
a street to visit for a couple of hours of relaxation-or one to stay overnight in so you can enjoy its romatntically lit area ideal for strolling couples or simply people watching
Don't go expecting fancy shops or you'll be disappointed -don't go if you're just wanting to tick off a sight-just go to relax and unwind!

OK, don't get too excited, as this is not exciting a pedestrian street as in Shanghai, or, well, anywhere, really. This is Chisinau. Now, it is good that it offers a number of dining and drinking establishments. So, it is Very Good for this city. Don't compare it to major cities in the world.

This street took lots of time to be built and opened just a couple of years ago, which can explain it only features a few places so far. However, even if the numbers of cafes and restaurants is limited, they are all of good quality and the atmosphere, especially during the summer nights, is every enjoyeable. Time will tell if Chisinau inhabitants can appropriate themselves this lovely street, and insist that other parts of the city become pedestrian (like de 31 august 1989 street area) as well.

Attractive area - as Chisnau seems to lack an old town or pretty centre of any kind, this is the best area to eat and wander about for a bit of atmosphere. The parks are nice too...

This street is really great place for pedestrian, cars cross this street, but is have to be lke this, cars are every where in Chisinou. You can find there a lot of restorants. Secially during the winter is this street amazing for the light decoration.Good to see this=)
