It’s super affordable the cost is $10 lei, the description of the Rumanian History is very enlightening, then you will be able to see the Roman empire buildings, if you are American is very shocking because it’s like nothing you’ve seen before! Then you can...More

Not only because you learn the history of this country but also because it has a really good summary of it that you dont get bored at all .I recommend it even for people that dont like museums.

A good museum; some english; extensive information on the tangled, crazy history of this country. Beautiful architecture is alone worth the visit. It's a complex country far more interesting than our typical western history. Most parts seemed to be open and the shabbiness wasn't bad.

When we visited most of the museum was closed due to renovation so I am certain we saw only a tiny segment of its collection. The main entrance was closed and we gained entry by an unassuming alley at the back of the building in...More

Beautiful building in the center of the city is the home for many artifacts from the Romanian history. I didn't like the facts that old maps were actually copies. Still, it was good to see how Romania and Europe looked like several centuries ago.

This was very interesting - especially the Trajan Column - a copy of the one in Rome. Being able to get so close to it - even to see a painted version of it ! This enables you to see it as the Romans would...More
