Great to get just out of the city and the open top bus to here. We enjoyed a coffee at the cafe then went to the open air village museum for a bit of history. Oh and some very good news

A beautiful park with a huge lake offering boat trips. There are casual places to eat plus a Hard Rock Cafe which was good. The Village Museum is located there and is worth a visit, only 15 Lei.

Love this park! Perfect place to chill, and to forget about the “white peoples problems”. It gets magic in the evening.

A relaxing place to visit when tired while exploring Bucarest. Small park, with some activities e.g. ice scating during winter.

We have been here for a fabulous party for the 60th anniversary of a fried. Organised at El Capitain, reopened just for this special occasion. A special cuisine and very good music for this event. Very pleasant.

Just spend time in the park. Who cares about rich people who lived lavish lives on the backs of the citizens. This park is beautiful, not just for the nature, but for watching families enjoy the lake, the grass, the ice cream, the paved walkways.

It depends on the time of the year. In summer, there are several restaurants with very nice terraces at the lake, or just terrases. I can reccomend Il Locale, Funky Club, Nuba, Biutiful. If winter, you can try La Brasserie... More
