Too many outdoor cafes spoil the broth, thereby removing the feel of an old town! Otherwise, it's a pleasant experience walking around.

The Old Town is a very very busy place to visit. Many places to eat and many places to buy souvenirs, if you are shopping for some. The crowds are friendly and there is music around most of the time.

One of my favourite places in Europe after seeing many cities from Italy and Central Europe Only if most of the city was like that, fortunately the most of the gray buildings once gave bucharest a bad name are now colorful and tidy, very tidy

the old town sits as an island surrounded by new structures and old buildings alike. it is very eclectic and caters for all choices, both food and other preferences. the prices are reasonable and the atmosphere was excellent.

There are lots of bars, restaurants and shops and of course this area is quite popular. There are several landmarks within the district like old monastery and churches that require a visit. Best with a guide.

It's a must if you go to Bucharest. Lovely old buildings in places which gives a great atmosphere. Tucked away bars and coffee shops.
