This was an excellent tour. Our tour guide Marius was extremely knowledgable about communism and the history of Bucharest. He also shared personal stories and experiences from the communism days, which really enhanced the tour. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Bucharest.

I loved learning the history and seeing sites that were greatly impacted by the communist regime that I wouldn't have seen on a normal tour. It was very interesting to see the lasting effect it has current Bucharest. 10/10 and all around great tour!

Highly recommended. Marius is a great guide. Clear English and interesting explanations. THE way of learning about the Jewish past of Bucharest. Today hardly any Jewish life left. Beautiful synagogues, and the influence of Jewish architects in the Bucharest landscape.

If you are visiting Bucharest this is a tour/tour guide I would highly recommend. Although 3 hours might seem like a long walk it really does not feel like it. I would happily have walked another 3 to discover more. You can learn about history...More
