Excellent! Me and my friends got a 5-Day Tour of Romania (in Spanish). First day it was just a transfer from the airpot to the hotel, as we arrived late.
The following days the chofer/guide Alex picked us up at the hotel early in the morning and visit different attractions in Romania. Alex was amazing! Lot of knowledge, about everything! History, politics, art, religions, nature... I've been in different tours and I have to say Alex was the best so far. Totally recommended!

An extremely professional travel company from start to finish. Cristian planned our trip with minute precision - not a day or hour was wasted. We were picked up at the airport in a comfortable sedan, then whisked to our very comfortable hotel in Bucharest. The following week we visited Transylvania with our fantastic guide Gelu Zavada, who was a veritable encyclopedia of Romanian history, politics, culture, art, antiques, you name it. We saw things that were completely off the beaten path, we ate in fantastic restaurants, we went to countless museums, monasteries, nature walks - everything perfectly planned and executed with a smile. If you are going to Romania for a private tour - and I STRONGLY suggest it - Santiago Tour Romania is an absolute winner. And if you get Gelu - consider yourself extremely fortunate because he is a true gem. Highly highly recommended!

EXCELENTE VIAJE! EXCELENTE AGENCIA! EXCELENTE GUÍA CATALIN! Todo estuvo muy bien: hoteles, guías locales, guía-chofer, vehículo, presupuesto, etc.. Está agencia cuida todos los detalles para que el viaje sea increíble. Hecho a la medida. Nos sorprendimos a cada momento de lugares tan bellos! Todo muy recomendable! Volvería a viajar con ellos! Santiago Tour company
At the end of 2019 I made reservation for my wife and I with Gate1 for 22 days tour from Sofia, Bulgaria to Belgrade, Serbia and to Bucharest, Romania. We also planned to cruise Black Sea and Danube river as well.
Forward to 2020 - Covid-19 stopped it all. So, in January 2022 when my touring companies announced their 2022 schedules I arranged all our tours consequently with few days in between. February 2022 Russian war in Ukraine cancelled our Black Sea cruise and it was replaced with the Mediterranean cruise and about 40 days prior to our flight to Europe Gate1 canceled our land tour as well.
Our only option was to have private land tour from Sofia to Bucharest. After sending itinerary to four European agencies, I was in continuous internet communication with them and the Santiago Tour was standing out for the promptness of their response and quality of answers on my many questions. They had not been the least expensive company, but overall, they made the best impression. Also, I read reviews of all companies and while they were all good, the Santiago Tour still stand out from the pack. They reserved majority of 4* hotels and three 3* hotels. All hotels were located in the historic parts of the cities and the 3* hotels were particularly interesting buildings.
Everything worked exactly as described by Cristian- owner of Santiago Tour starting from our guide Catalin meeting us in the Sofia airport. I requested the very intensive sightseeing program and Catalin made it possible by being very receptive to our physical ability to do it at my age 76 and my wife is 73. After traveling over 65+ countries we had opportunity to observe and interact with countless guides, but Catalin stood out from them all. His comprehensive knowledge and outgoing nature kept us going even after climbing hundreds of steps in all kinds of castles and when we were ready to ask for mercy.
The last two days in Bucharest we had another guide George and he was very good as well.
Santiago Tour company made it possible and we highly recommend it for touring Eastern Europe.

Considering the current situation of the pandemic, I trusted all my trip to Bucharest with Santiago Tours a very professionally company with excellent standard of service.
We booked a privare tour to Sinaia, Transylvania and Brasow, amazing cities in Rumania that you must see. Adrian was incredible with us and he took care of us explaining very well the history of the amazing castles likes Lepes, Dracula and the beautiful city of Brasow, he recommended a nice restaurant to eat a great meal in the centrum of Brasow!
Definitely we will be back to see more of Romania ! And use Santiago Tours!

It has been such an intense day, full of sightseeing and good conversation.
We left Bucharest at 8:00h sharp in the way to Sinaia. After seeing the monastery and Peles' Castel, we got to Bran -famous because of Vlad Tepes' Castle- and finally we went to Brasov, had lunch there and seeing Black Church.
So recommendable!

Buenos días, vamos a visitar Bucarest y parte de transilvania y seguramente elegiremos esta empresa por su buena opinión. Mi duda es ... Alguien a viajado con la opción de solo chofer? Me puede informar sobre si es una buena opción por la información ofrecida o en tal caso se queda muy corto por no ofrecer información sobre los lugares a visitar, y es preciso contratar también la opción de guía y conductor-guía? Gracias.

Nosotros viajamos con un señor que nos hizo los dos papeles, conductor y guía. Fue fenomenal, pero ciertamente no es un guía al uso, se quedaba un poco escaso en ciertas explicaciones.

Nos escribió por nuestra web a las 01:53 de noche anterior. Y aquí parece sobre las 02:30. Esta mañana también nos escribió por Facebook ye le hemos contestado en seguida porque estábamos ya trabajando su solicitud. Tenemos un plazo de 2 días laborables en contestar y lo intentamos hacer siempre antes, pero no podemos hacerlo de una hora a otra. y no durante la noche.
