Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

This house is interesting, traditional and very old – about 180 years. As I now, the house was Manak’s residence, bakery and restaurant in the beginning. Today it is part of Belgrade Ethnographic Museum. So you may see inside old folk dresses, coins, lot of archaeological and numismatic items that were typical for this part of Balkan. It is ethnographic memorial collection of professor and painter Hristifor Crnilovic.
The house is placed on the corner of Kraljevica Marka Street and Gavrila Principa Street, less than 10 minutes walk from Belgrade center.
I will come here again.

An integral part of the Ethnographic Museum in Manak's house, old Balkan example of urban architecture, which houses an extremely important and valuable ethnographic memorial collection Hristifora Crnilović. The collection includes about 2,600 items, mostly costumes and jewelery, great cultural value. The costumes originated in southern Serbia, Kosovo and Metohija and Macedonia. The collection is completed copies of bond, fabric, towels, bags, Pirot rugs and furniture. Special value has jewelry, especially jewelry head: diadems, počelice, Tepeluk, pins, earrings, ukošnjaci, bibs.

This is a small museum, which is part of the Ethnographic Museum. It has displays of traditional clothing and jewellery from Serbia and Macedonia. There is also an exhibition on the ground floor about rakija production with some photography. The whole collection is housed in a reconstructed Ottoman home. The entry fee is extremely modest, only 60 dinars.
Worth a quick look if you are in Savamala district.

We visited and the people in charge kindly let us in, explaining that it is now being used as an art school. They let us see an exhibition of the students' work, but it isn't a museum any more.

This is the place which many creative shops call their home. On the first floor, there are classes for ceramics, print and weaving, while second floor and the main room serve as a gallery space.
