It was worth having to have your passport on you or you won't get in. 2 checkpoints and must have a Ukrainian national with you. The building is magnificent with all the different designs on it. Worth bringing a good camera to get all the...More

Despite what other recent reviews say, it’s no problem getting close to this amazing-looking building. Yes the street is sealed off at both ends with checkpoints manned by well-armed soldiers, yes you have to go through some guardhouses, yes you’ll see a lot more soldiers...More

Waste of time - just a grotesque building - don't bother - you can't get that close to it anyway. Nothing to see other than a routine building with ugly sculptures on the roof.

The area is nice but the house is not accessible anymore. We only managed to see a little of the roof from a distance. The vicinity is sealed of as it is situated across the street from the presidental office.

You can't go close because a lot of guards only take pictures outside the gate a lot of government around it I guess

Be sure to bring your passport if you want to get close to the building and see it up close as there's plenty of security around the building. Still though, it's an impressive building and worth seeking out.

Looks like a cool haunted house, too bad getting through the police (it's right across from the presidents administration) is a real pain.
