It was our delight to find a reading of Dario's poetry one evening at the National Theatre Building which bears his name. The exterior of the building is not overly exciting but the decoration on the inside are worth the price of admission alone. The...More

I have been to an exhibition and a performance at this theatre. Let me start off by saying that it is a beautiful building full of history. The theatre changes it's performances often and has a variety from Opera to productions for children and concerts...More

The building is nice and the mayor sala is very good for concerts. I've seen some good music here. Located just behind revolution square.

Was invited to see a performance of "tradicional homaje a las madres" of the Ballet Folkorico Nicaraguense and we really had a nice evening watching good dancers with flamboyant traditional costumes. Large and well built theatre.

Crashed a reception of the El Salvador embassy celebrating the end of the civil war. The paintings are wonderful. Try to get in.
