This place is developing more and more every year. I decided to bring my sister Melisa Lyons and her fiancé Dave Withehead here. Because she likes taking pictures. The view of the lake and mountains is ust great. At night there also lights everywhere. Bars, restaurants and many other amenities. If you come to Managua you can't miss it.

This is a great place to hang out for the day or evening. It is a park on the malecon, with many restaurants, diversions for kids, and open air places to drink and dance in the evening. You pay 5 cordorbas to get in, then for 1 cord you get wi-fi access all over the park. Security is fantastic, I... More

We stayed one day in Managua and visited the port area. It is a nice waterfront area with lots of small kiosks for snacks and the Summer restaurant. It can get windy. The lake is not as pretty as lake nicaragua. Overall worth visiting.

We loved this area. The city did a wonderful job on making this for the tourist. We went to watch the sunset and have a couple of drinks. One side is all bars and restaurants and the other side is a another park with a mini city, airplane you can go into, kids park, and a water park. This is... More

On the lake side this newly created park is a place where locals like to spend free time. It is accessible by car that can be parked behind a thatched sitting place overlooking the lake. A big improvement compared to what it was 30 years ago when the lake was rather polluted and the shore covered with garbage, There are... More

This is one of the places that I would definitely recommend while in Managua. It has a little bit of everything in one place. Restaurants, entertainment for the children, music, souvenir shops, etc. There is a small fee you pay at the entrance but it's merely symbolic. Highly recommended!

Too expensive for any kind of food inside. The place is dead until after 5pm. It is well kept and safe but I would not go out of my way to see it.

We went here on a Sunday and it was buzzing alsorts out enjoying the entertainment. There is lot to see and do some of which is a little quirky, but all good fun. The water park looked very interesting, full to capacity and a queue to get in. We thought the town in mimiture was very interesting. You can spend... More
