Segway was fun, but tour was ok!

We went on the 1-hr segzone tour of Annapolis and it was our first time on the Segway. The tour started 20 min late and the tour covered very few historic places. I was hoping... read more

I made the mistake of buying two hour-tour tickets through LivingSocial about 6 months ago. I've tried calling many times, tired their website (something called Zerve) and left many messages. They don't respond, EVER. Apparently, from the other reviews here, they're badly run, but at least existent ... I wondered about that. Either way, DON'T buy the LivingSocal or Groupon... More

This is fun but the narrow streets in Annapolis make maneuvering a challenge. Sega tour on the Mall in DC is much better. You get a history of the town - alternatives are a walking tour or trolly tour.

Bought a LivingSocial deal, which meant I couldn't reserve online. No one ever answered the phone when I called, so had to email to make a reservation, but didn't get a reply for more than three days. All weekends were booked for the coming 6-8 weeks, so we reserved a Friday 2-hour tour. Thankfully, the weather was gorgeous as I... More

It took all summer to be able to schedule a tour with them, they were always booked. They recommended a. Weekday, so we scheduled for today. It was rainy in morning, so I called them 3 times, then made the long trip ther only to find the other 8people for the tour lined up at the closed storefront. They never... More

Bought a Living Social for 2 hr guided tour. Office was run by 2 girls, 1 who was ambivalent to the point of being rude. Tour was 1 hour of someone remembering a rehearsed script. At the end of the 1st hour, we were told we were "on our own" for the next hour. Being from out of town, we... More

Riding segways was easy to learn and fun. Tour guide took us off the beaten path and down some side streets. I would do this again and again.

We went on the 1-hr segzone tour of Annapolis and it was our first time on the Segway. The tour started 20 min late and the tour covered very few historic places. I was hoping that the tour would cover the Maryland state Capitol building, but it was not on the tour. Beware of the unexpected 'tax' that you are... More

We took the 2 hour tour, the 1st part is the historical tour of Annapolis, and during the 2nd hour they let you take the segways and ride by yourselves. We had never been on a tour where a company would let you take a segway on your own, and we were very pleasantly surprised by it! It was awesome.... More

My mom and I took my aunt on the Segway 1 hour tour. I had been on the same tour 2 years prior and enjoyed it. We took a 10AM tour. We arrived 15 minutes early, filled out the paperwork, waited for others and we on the Segway just after 10AM. The explanation on using them was great, the tour... More
