It's a pity part of it was closed for restoration - so some of the artifacts could not be seen. Otherwise a first class collection - I know it from earlier visits

Couldn't breed because of all the cigarette smoke from the woman who worked there. Like five old things to see (sic!) but basicly very boring and empty. Like a ghost house.

From the outside it looks like an interesting museum, but from the inside it is quite disappointing as there is not really anything that is being shown and you can see all the small items within 15 minutes. Entry is free, but it seems more...More

Almost missed this museum, but it is a excellent space both interior and exterior filled with medieval and ancient objects unique to this area. It was well worth a visit!

Well, this is one of the worst historic museums I have ever seen. Pitty, it is small and no items that are attractive. It is free to enter, but not worth it. They need to buy or get some masterpieces.

It is cool, it really is. But it is far from the city center and it's so small Don't visit unless your particularly interested in archaeology.

A great architectural building but the content was poor. It was such a shame. The are a few pieces of carved stone but nothing to get excited about. I was more impressed with the building.

The staff on the front desk looked shocked that anyone was visiting when we walked in and it soon became apparent why. We wondered at one point if the museum had loaned out most of its collection. There is so little in this museum, that...More

it's a place to go and check only if you really love museums and have done all in town. I have been there with my husband and I could see some sculptures, pieces of art and things from the palace, but not too enriching experience.

On the way out to Mestrovic's Gallery, you will come across this museum at the major intersection on Ivan Mestrovic Boulevard. I had tried to get into this museum three times (all of which were unsuccessful) because most often the place is closed. It only...More
