Yes, it is a wonderful promenade (entrance to the old city) with expensive restaurants/bars/shops/tourist stalls..... BUT..... Beautiful walking area. Beautiful local girls. Very clean and maintained. I enjoyed every moment wandering and drinking cocktails here. Split thrilled me and next year I will surely come here again. I recommend visiting Split!!!
