It's a beautiful place to walk along, thanks to its wide sidewalks. Take a seat and enjoy the views, whether its out to the blue harbour or back to the historic buildings, built during the French rule.
After checking out most of the important historic / ancient / Roman sites in the old town we headed down to the harbour.
And it's a wonderful Promenade down here. Traffic free, wide, lively, light and bright with beautiful views.
