This is very obscure. It is only through some small narrow steps up and around the corner. There is a sister collecting 5 kn for entry. It is so tiny that you will onlu need seconds to visit. Up near the northen gates.

Situated right above the Golden Gate is the narrowest chapel in Europe at about two metres wide. The entrance is just off to the right as you enter the Golden Gate and then up the stairs. There is a donation required for the nuns but...More

This tiny 5th Century church is a real find.....it is just gorgeous and so peaceful. It is only open between 9-12 and 3-6pm. It costs 5 kuna and is staffed by a lovely nun. Just go and see!

This church was placed in one of the original guardhouse corridors to the Diocletian palace. There is very little to this church. A small chancel screen with some nice carving, a crucifix and a small pulpit. Still it's cool and easy to picture soldiers passing...More

This tiny beautiful church was built within the walls of Split above the Golden Gate. The room was once used as a lookout for watchmen, but was later converted to a church. It measures just 1.6m wide and 10m long Information boards outside the Golden...More
