We visited Pula's Town Hall (Forum) on 11 Nov 2016, exactly one day after seeing Trieste's Town Square. By comparison, Trieste's Town Square was more beautiful than that in Pula. If you are in Pula, visit the Arena and at the same time, visit the Town Hall (Forum) too. When you are tired, take a break and have lunch at... More

The Town Hall (Forum) is right next to the Temple of Augustus in the main square of the Old Town of Pula, and there are many restaurants around that offer all types of meals for different prices. It is worth spending a few more kuna just to enjoy the nice atmosphere of the square.

The Town Hall, a Venetian style building, stands next to the Temple of Augustus in the main city square, the Forum. Even today, the Forum is the administrative and legislative centre of the town. It is worth spending some time at the Forum, a rather nice square surrounded by restaurants and cafes

The Town Hall is built in the Venetian taste and dominates the site of what was once the ancient Roman forum. The square is quite large and is full of life with multiple cafes and restaurants to keep locals and tourists alike busy. At one time the Town Hall was flanked by a pair of 1st century Roman temples. The... More

The building itself is quite nice on a cozy square with some terraces, but the negative is you can't take a single photo without other people on in, because the place is so crowded. It's right next to the Roman temple.

The Town Hall is a cozy square located in the middle of the pedestrian street in Pula. It contained various restaurants and cafés which were a delight to sit at in the evening. The evenings in this square are lively and people are often entertained by live music & small performances by street artists. There are also street sellers and... More

Nice touch. Plenty to see and great feel. Convenient to get there. Walked by during the sunset and was beautiful.

It is situated on the Forum square, next to the Temple of Augustus. Built in 13th century, reconstructed several times during centuries. Beautiful piece of architecture and history.

We saw this building while on a walking tour of Pula, it is next to the temple of Augustus. It was described as a mixture of architectural styles with Roman on the ground floor (differences in the capitals) Austro-Hungarian on the first floor with some pre-war Italian in the middle.

Oh, its the side of this building when seen from the Temple of Augustus that looks a trifle bland not brash as I wrote on my piece about the Temple. I was able to peck my nose through the front door but even waving a Press card and saying that I was once a London City Councillor with a grand... More
