Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Multi-lingual priest who delivers his sermon (shortish) in Bulgarian, Polish and English, the languages which represent the congregation.

My wife and I attended the Mass in English at this nice little church. It was very welcoming and friendly. It has an interesting history in the during the Communist regime it was forced to close and the priest was expelled. After several years unattended it fell into disrepair until Bulgaria was liberated. Then it was repaired and brought back to its former glory. The altar is of Venetian marble and was donated by an Italian benefactor.

After the renovation of the curch a couple of years ago, this is an excellent spot not only for those who want to pray, but also for city visitors who are looking for a quiet and cool place of gret atmosphere to rest and think. Only some 100 m south off the pedestrian zone in the direction to the port.

It's an active church so don't expect to get in. The doors are mostly locked. But it's a nice walk between the cathdral and the Roman baths.

Compared to the Orthodox church, this is bare bones, A nice stop to rest and offer a prayer or two. It clean, and nice to have site like this for a non-Orthodox practicers.

Called in during evening mass. Beautiful little church with excellent acoustics that enhanced the singing of the enthusiastic congregation. The locals were warmly accommodating to us as outsiders. Nice experience.

I do apologise - I can’t remember the times of Mass. My wife and I attended the one in English but we found out the times by visiting the church and the times are displayed in a notice case in front.
