Gives you a nice overview of Tulcea City and Danube river. Free entry. Many stairs to go. There is nothing more to say but TripAdvisor is asking me for more than 100 characters :)

One of the highest points in Tulcea, offering you a nice view over the city. It has also a sign with the name of the city. It mightnot be the Hollywood sign, or the Brașov sign, but this one has its own charm.

climbing up the hill offers you a great panorama of the Tulcea city, with latge views over the Danube river. Nearby is a park and the Archological Museum, a good place for getting introduced into the ancient history of these places

Nice but not necessary. After climbing up the many stairs you arrive close to the statue, there is always fire there, there is a guard around the statue of two guards, the place is not maintained and there is a lot of wear and tear.
