An absolutely stunning piece of architecture that is sadly in decay. Only able to view from the outside but makes an amazing sight with the glorious Black Sea as a backdrop

It is cool to see! Will come back in winter... supposed to be beautiful when sea freezes. Many restaurants nearby.

This is an extremely beautiful building that is in a state of decay, it is empty with no business currently operating from it. It is worth seeing, both in the day and night time to appreciate the architecture.

This gem of a (abandoned) building on the peninsula near Tomis Harbor is indeed an incredible national treasure. Unfortunately it has had a rocky history and has not been cared for. One can only imagine its grandeur at the peak of its time. We can...More

What can you really say about a grand building that has fell into dereliction? Certainly you can imagine it in its heydays, but very sad to see it now. It is right on the edge of the sea and the elements will continue to take...More

Two security guards are there to turn you away. They were pleasant enough but it was disappointing nevertheless. I think there must be lots of masonry ready to fall down. Shame on the authorities for not restoring it.
