Don't make time for it. You'll probably see it anyways on your way to montazah gardens or sanstefano mall it's nothing so special. The beach beneath it is fantastic though to be honest but it's not so safe for tourists especially girls with bikinis and beach wear due to the conservative nature of the country.

Don't get mixed up with Golden gate or Sydney harbor bridge or the likes when it comes to expectations. Nothing very scenic or out of the world. Just an ordinary bridge. You will lose nothing if you fail to see that.

although everyone speaks about it, you may cross it without paying attention. you may stop for a pic or two, but it definitely isn't on the things to see before you die...

When you are wanting to click pictures , its still better to just drive by and not to stop . The bridge is open for traffic but only One way . The bridge is lit up at night and security do not let people stop while driving .

We saw this bridge from the restaurant Giovani and it was an excellent view. The place is quite busy with a great view of the Mediterranean.

one of the best places you have to visit when you plan to pass by Alexandria, from here you will have a wide open view to the Mediterranean sea. I prefer it more in Winter where you can enjoy local foods like sweet potatoes or Hummus El sham or Spicy Halabessa with cold winter. be ware not to park your... More

Is a little interesting I guess but a bridge over a small swimming bay - the bay and surrounds probably busy on hot summer days

Modeled after the London Tower bridge. It sits right on the Mediterranean with a great walkway and lots of restaurants nearby.
