The have great beach front, beautiful water but you feel bad as there is a lot of traffic on the corniche and too much old building not renovated that kills the charm

The busy street with many cars producing humes make you uncomfortable to walk along the beach. Many shops and hotels line up along the road, but many apartment complexes are deteriorating with broken walls and tainted paints.
the view and sea around you are fantastic but less fantastic is the road and the dirt on this main boulevard. i can compare the feeling of strolling here with the same feeling while being on the "malecon" in Havana.
