Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Professional staff but less than average hot stone massage and was more than 3 times the cost we paid elsewhere for a significantly better experience.

Having experienced massages on a regular basic over the past two years both in Thailand and Laos, I would have to say this is the most disappointing aromatherapy massage I have had, especially considering the cost. I would not recommend going for a massage at this place unless its a foot massage for one third the cost, so you can soak up the ambiance of the charming building.

This spa is in a beautiful old building and most of the rooms are air conditioned, although its far more relaxing to have a fan blowing across a room for natural air. The masseuses here are all women and they are fairly young and of a small build.

Don't expect an intense deep-tissue massage, especially if you are a big sized male or female. The dry massage is fairly relaxing and we came twice for it. Didn't try the oil massage but they have proper massage tables with a hole for your face so it may be worth trying!

We enjoyed our facials and foot massages here. Atmosphere and decor quite charming as others have mentioned there is no air conditioning so can be warm and potentially very hot. Felt we got value for money and appreciated the fact that the masseurs were silent no talking and no mobile phones. Would return.

Liked the sound of it based on the reviews here – however a bit difficult to find as there is no address provided on Tripadvisor (The address is 03/45 Sakhaline Rd opposite Vat Sop).
It's located in a lovely building with high wooden-beam ceilings. Very welcoming and soothing atmosphere. Opted for a manicure and pedicure for 60,000 KIP each). The setting was lovely and relaxing – sitting in a comfy recliner chair watching the temple on the opposite side of the road listening to spa-style music. The treatment was ok (nail polish applied with bubbles and all over the cuticles), had better and worse experience on our travel so far.

60, 000kip for a full body traditional laos massage (no oil). We stumbled across this place after lunch at the Scandinavian bakery - what a treat they both were.

We were given robes and a foot scrub, then shown to a small room with two beds and an aircon. It was brilliant. The ladies were professional and knew what they were doing.

I wish I could go back right now!

Very professional and economical service. Wish the rooms provided A/C but other than that my wife claimed that it was a very good experience.

I loved the location and above all the looks / design of the interior. Be prepared that it's a bit hot inside (fans instead of aircon mostly) - but that does no harm to the experience. The massage was very good too and not expensive.

My partner and I just came back from Hibiscus. We both choosed a 90 Minutes Lao Massage and we both really enjoyed it. We had a seperate room with only two matrasses. The room was cooled by an aircon.

The pressure of the massage was just perfect not too soft and not too strong. The massage therapists always asked if everything is ok. It felt, that they we really concentrated on knew what they are doing, checked the right points before they startet to put pressure.

Both ladies did a great job!!!

Furthermore the spa is very nice designen in a typicall Luang Prabang style with lots of woods, very cosy.
