Very poor management and control of premises. People smoke cigarettes freely although smoking is strictly prohibited. The only saving grace is Sarawat supermarket.

Don't go there on a Friday mornings. We paid for a 800 Sar taxi ride there only to find everything was closed until 1pm and the music shops we specifically went for don't open until 5pm. Lesson learned. I love Saudi though!
