About
The UAE’s latest cultural landmark, Dubai Frame is an iconic structure that ‘frames’ impressive views of Old and New Dubai, while serving as a metaphorical bridge connecting the emirate’s rich past with its magnificent present. Dubai Frame celebrates the story of Dubai from its early establishment to its ambitious plans for future development. Launched in January 2018, the project comprises a 150-metre-high, 95-meter-wide structure being built to resemble a huge picture frame, through which landmarks representing modern Dubai such as Emirates Towers and Burj Khalifa can be seen on one side, while from the other side, visitors can view older parts of the city such as Deira and Karama. Exterior design of Dubai Frame was inspired from the logo of EXPO2020 and it is world's largest picture frame by Guinness World Records. According to Dubai Frame general policy, guests are requested to wear respectful clothing: shoulders and knees to be covered.

    Picture perfect!
Frame Dubai is a total win-win! The views from both sides are epic—you get a glimpse of the enchanting old city and the futuristic new city. The ticket prices were very reasonable, so much value for money! Definitely worth checking out!

Dubai Frame is a great experience - good value for money too. You get a real appreciation for old Dubai vs. new Dubai. What a cool idea! Stepping on the glass floor is insane. Great photo opportunities. I just wish it was a little less busy. If you have the time (it doesn’t take long), it’s a nice experience. The building itself is impressive!
Dear ChristianHRoemer, Warm greetings from Dubai Frame and many thanks for this amazing review, we appreciate and value your feedback and will looking forward to welcoming you back again soon at our premises. Sincerely, Dubai Frame Team

    Amazing architecture
We visited dubai frame in the afternoon. The while experience can be divided in three parts. One starts with ground floor, which is more like a digital museum explaining the old way of life in Dubai. Then you go up via elevator to the top of the frame. The time at the top was the most memorable part, epsecially the glass botommed floors from were one can look down to the ground. As one comes down, the last section comprises of souvnier shops, explanation of the architectuture of the building. One needs one and hakf hour to enjoy the place. Must visit in dubai.

A Mesmerising Convolution Of Old & New
An iconic landmark that stands tall to frame both the Old Dubai as well as the New, beautifully connecting the two, metaphorically. The walk from the main entrance to the enclosed queuing space was line with trees, yet the Dubai heat got to us quickly. Once inside, we admired the flowing design of a ceiling installation that moved with elegance replicating a fascinating rotating effect. We climbed up to the mezzanine that had stunning projected displays and installations depicting how Dubai was as we progressed up to the go uptop. The 48 floor journey to the observation deck is covered in 75 seconds in the high speed elevator. Standing 140 metres tall and 95 meters wide, this magnificent creation of concrete, steel and glass, incorporates a ring design, apparently inspired by the Dubai Expo 2020 logo. As we stepped out to the observation deck, the glass center of the bridge was the most intriguing part. Watching funny videos of people getting scared on glass bottom bridges, and crawling to safety, were not funny anymore as we tried walking the glass bottom for the first time. It is scary, but not to the extent of what we have seen, but suddenly experiencing the drop of 140 meters was real and was a thrilling experience for the entire family. Focusing on the views, we noticed the old Dubai representation of humble low tiered housing on the left to the towering skyscrapers on the right, including the Burj Khalifa. It was a beautiful frame on the left and right and being in the middle made one feel like being in the epicenter of this contrast of cultures. There is a cafe to pick something to drink or eat, but we decided to checkout the While you can pick up some coffee or something cold to drink or even catch a snack, we decided to end our tour and decided to descend, with a quick preview of the future Dubai and exited after a quick shop stop at the souvenir shop. It was a wonderful and beautiful architectural treat with fantastic views that framed Dubai, the city of future, perfectly. Family loved this visit more than the Burj Khalifa visit a few days later, but more on that later.

    Awesome Architectural Achievement
The structure itself is very impressive and its very striking when you see it on a taxi ride by and when you start to get up close. The park at the foot of the frame is beautiful and I imagine in Winter its an amazing place to hang out. Unfortunately I was visiting at the start of summer so it was already pretty hot so I didn't spend much time exploring it. Inside the Frame is very impressive and at the top, the disappearing glass that you can stand on never gets old. I was hoping that the tour through the history of Dubai was going to be a little more detailed as I'm fascinated with how this place that used to be a desert has turned into a bustling metropolitan city but it still gave you a flavour of what it was like.
Dear Champamos, Warm greetings to you from Dubai Frame and many thanks for this nice feedback. We appreciate your time and will be looking forward to welcoming you back again in winter season for more enjoyment with time to explore all the products and facilities we are offering here at Dubai Frame. Looking forward to that. Sincerely, Dubai Frame Team

    Fun time at Dubai Frame
I had a great experience at Dubai Frame. It was affordable and quick and easy attraction. We went on a Monday afternoon in July. It was not very busy. There were no lines. It gave great views of Dubai. They serve same refreshments (with a cost) at the top of the frame. I was initially concerned about my clothing (I was wearing a pink dress with spaghetti straps) but I did not have a problem at all. Enjoyable for children, families, and couples.

Not overly expensive, with great views
The structure of this huge golden frame is amazing in itself. And for Dubai, it's not overpriced. There are fantastic views over both the new and old parts of Dubai. Would be lovely at sunset. You can get some food and drinks at the top, but there is nowhere to sit down. I thought that the photo you had taken overpriced.
Dear Owlesey, Thank you so much for this amazing feedback on your recent experience here at Dubai Frame. We are happy to know the whole experience was up to your expectations and thank you for your comment in sitting capacities on the bridge. Yes, we do not offer sitting facilities on the top of Dubai Frame from safety perspective as we have to maintain the accepted number of people over there and sitting facilities would keep people more than the permitted timeframe and human flow. Anyway, we appreciate your comment on this and hope to welcome you back again. Sincerely, Dubai Frame Team

A superb hour or so and what an amazing structure and views
An incredible and beautiful structure and amazing history and more inside to see and read. The views of old and new Dubai are breathtaking from 150m+ in the air. The clear glass walk is only for the brave but fun to do. Highly recommended.

A family trip to the Dubai Frame is fantastic! The towering structure offers stunning panoramic views of old and new Dubai, making it both educational and exciting for kids and adults alike. The interactive museum at the base is informative and fun. The glass-floored sky deck adds a thrilling touch. It's a perfect blend of history, modernity, and adventure for the whole family.

This is a fantastic attraction and an amazing piece of architecture. We arrived early at 10 am to avoid queues. Buying the ticket online before hand was a little tricky as I never received an early confirmation, but the staff were great and everything worked out in the end. The staff at the top were very helpful and really made it special by taking photos with all the best backgrounds. This attraction is definitely worth the money and 100% worth a visit.

I recently went to Dubai Frame; the building is quite breathtaking to look at from the outside. After guiding me through Dubai's history, you can see the skyscrapers on one side of the frame and the older, smaller structures on the other, which is known as Old Dubai. This will always be a memorable experience for you.

My family and I recently visited the Dubai Frame, and it was an unforgettable experience. The architectural marvel and the breathtaking views it offers truly encapsulate the essence of Dubai's past, present, and future. The panoramic vistas from the top are simply stunning, providing a unique perspective of the city's skyline that is both awe-inspiring and memorable.

However, I would like to suggest a small improvement that could enhance the experience, especially for families and elderly visitors. Offering continuous buggy service from the main gate to the entrance of the Frame would be highly beneficial. On our visit, I was accompanied by my 3-year-old daughter and my 71-year-old mother, and walking in the 40-degree heat proved to be quite challenging for both of them.

A seamless buggy service would make the journey much more comfortable and accessible, ensuring that everyone, regardless of age or mobility, can enjoy this iconic landmark without the strain of walking in the intense heat. This addition would not only improve the visitor experience but also make the Dubai Frame more family-friendly and inclusive.

Despite this minor challenge, our visit was thoroughly enjoyable, and the Dubai Frame remains a must-visit attraction for anyone in the city. We were captivated by the fascinating exhibits and the unparalleled views, and we look forward to visiting again in the future.

A nice landmark to visit. Up, walk, enjoy the view, down and thank you! They sell pictures, and yes, even we bought us ourselves a copy 😉

And yes, all of this will cost you some money, but hey, you are in Dubai, aren't you 🤑

Frame is a good one-time experience for tourists. The top view of the city is outstanding and you can capture wonderful memories! They chargeAED 100 for photos clicked by them. However, getting a taxi back from there is a serious concern. We spent 45 mins yesterday standing in the hot sun for a cab. Either the booked cabs land up at a different gate and/or not many cabs frequent there. I hope the authorities take note of this and arrange a cab station atleast in the summer months for tourists.

I visited Dubai Frame recently the structure is just amazing from outside to look at. Due to the holiday season I had to stand in a queue for some time but once I got to go in it was a different world in there. They took us through the history of Dubai, then once you are on top you can see the old Dubai through one side of the frame, where there are smaller buildings and on the opposite side you can see the skyscrapers. This experience will stay with you forever.

Bought tix online, as prefer to avoid queuing if poss. We went in the evening, so it was quieter. The frame does look stunning at night, against the night sky, glowing and otherworldly. Great views of nighttime Dubai, had we visited earlier, it would have been nice to see it during the day too - recommend a late afternoon visit, so you can see day, sunset and night!
Good value for money, the ticket isn't costly
No seating up on the viewing area, which would have been nice.
Recommend as quite a unique structure and the glass floor is an experience too!

We waited outside for about 30 minutes but only a portion of this area was in the shade.
It would have been nice if there was more explanation of the history of the city.
The observation floor was over crowded. The staff were a little pushy to have you take their professional photo.
