Hi decided to go hear on a Monday as the park should be quiet. Big mistake it was coupon day the park was not to busy but the lifeguards could not care less they made you feel as you should not of come. We only managed to get on 3 rides in 3 hours do to the inefficiency of the lifeguards. We got our tickets for £48 for two adults when they should have been £130 what a waste or money. To hire a towel is £10 each would not return hear ever again.

It was our favorite water park earlier.
But we totaly disappointed after a visit today.
Kids playing area is closed and they didn't allow to use slides to our son who is 109 sm according to their measurements . The children should be at least 110. We checked his height at at home and he is exactly 110.
So , I suggest to choose another option if you have small kids as nothing to do in Wild Wadi for them.

This is a small park. But there are few good rides like the Tantrum Valley and Jumeirah Sxeirah. The Wave pool is good fun. The surfing rides which are 2 are also different. Other2iae the rest is average. Only the shower facilities are better than Aquaventure. Do any one water park .

We‘ve stayed in one of the Jumeirah hotels which provided us free access to the park.
Though we arrived quite early and the park has not been crowded it took quite long to register and get inside which has been surprising as only 2-3 other guests waited in the same queue.
Prior to entering the park all bags will be searched and every drinks/food other than bottled water will be confiscated and can „theoretically“ be picked up after the visit.
The queues inside the park were reasonable and there are attractions for all age ranges though parts of the park looked quite worn. A few things we‘d recommend:
- Not all of the queues are in the shade so defintiely wear a sun cover
- Wear water-shoes or water-socks. There are indeed shelfs where you can store your slippers at the entry of slides but due to the nature of a slide the exit is typicaly not close to the entry meaning that you need to walk a couple of minutes on hot surface to pickup your shoes.
- At the end of our visit we weren‘t able to pickup our confiscated softdrinks because the lost and found pickup point has not been manned which didn‘t change though we asked the staff to change this circumstance. After 15 mins of waiting we simply left it.
Summary: For families with kids a nice venue and even for „older kids“ there were 1-2 thrilling rides but I‘d personally spent hot/sunny days at other venues.

Just suddenly came to this Waterpark with my wife. Last time we were there like 5 years ago. Lovely place! Not so many rides but nice place to have a sun bath and swim in a wavy pool. Planning to purchase the annual pass.

Had visited with the family during this school holidays. Always enjoy the park as a regular visitor. All life guards are super friendly and great with kids.
However we felt bit discriminated at one of the ride. We were four with two young kids, the lady staff in blue t shirt ( probably from Europe) was checking the weight of the family was bit rude and pushy with us. There were a british family before us and she greated them with smile and nice greetings. When it was our turn she was just rushing, ignoring and almost like just get out attitude. I think all customers should be treated with respect and dignity irrespctive where they come from.
Otheiwise we all enjoy the park.
Thank you.
