Spectacular. If you are in Dubai, don't miss global village.
Absolutely amazing. Global village is one of the most spectacular places I have ever seen. It has something for everyone. From young children to adults. Fairgrounds, markets, eateries and spectacular sights. Not to mention the motor City stunt show. This alone is worth the trip. Do not miss it. All prices are very reasonable. And the taxi que when leaving is incredibly efficient.

    Interesting experience not to miss!
We weren’t quite sure what to expect but really enjoyed the evening with our two young children. After a taxi ride in we paid a modest entrance fee and we’re able to access lots of free high quality shows (loved Urban Crew and Merry Go Round) and tonnes of different food outlets and country zones. For Westerners it was a novelty in a good way to wander through Qatar, China, India, Afghanistan and Africa to name but a few zones!! It was hard to choose what to eat as there were so many great options. The place looks magical at night time too. We were told there would be fireworks at 9pm but didn’t see any. It was really busy in a good way and lovely to see lots of local families having a wholesome evening out. The shopping was somewhat contrived and repetitious but not bad. Don’t miss this if you’re in Dubai and have the time!

    Interesting
Interesting evening walking round different cultures. The shopping areas were a little manic and vendors were quite pushy for you to see their stalls. There was a mini golf which was fun and is free at the moment. Different shows were also running which led to an enjoyable evening Lots of varied food stalls

A great experience and really fun evening out. The food which we had was delicious, but be prepared to pay above ‘normal’ prices. The shows were fantastic. Make sure to check out The Southern Flyers even if you don’t usually like dance acts. A negative for us, was the cost of the fair rides. Completely unjustifiable. Would we go back again, probably not. But would recommend especially for families with younger kids.

Simple idea but an excellent evening out
I love this place. Cheap to get in and then spend hours walking dozens of pavilions representing the culture of various countries. You can buy food, clothes and souvenirs whilst watching traditional music and dance. The architecture and lighting is just brilliant. We try and come here when in Dubai.
Thank you 🎡 We always strive to provide you with the best experiences

Amazing entertainment park for kids and adult. Affordable price tickets with affordable VIP parking tags (if you are planning to rent a car coming to Dubai). More choices of food please because not all the people visiting your parks are expatriates.

    Something for everyone!
The place is located near img world around 25 km from business bay and the same distance from Dubai marina. Being on sheikh Mohammed BI. Zyed road of you are coming from abu dhabi or sharjah you can completely avoid Dubai city center. It is set up only during the winter months and houses sections from different countries including India Pakistan Egypt qatar Lebanon China Thailand Japan and many others. You can shop for the local products, enjoy the local cuisine of these countries and buy souvenirs. The place opens at 4 pm and closes 1 AM on weekends and 12am on weekdays. You can either take a taxi or take a metro till union and a bus from there to global village. While coming back there is no need to book a taxi with the app as it is difficult to spot your taxi and there are plenty of rta taxis available. In addition busses are also easily available from the main entrance. Tickets are available at the counter but it's better to book online in advance as you avoid the que and you get a 10% discount. No tickets needed for senior citizens and kids below 3. There is a lot of places to see and explore do wear comfortable footwear. If you are coming with kids don't bring the scooters as they are not allowed inside so you will have to leave it in the car or at the lockers and pay for it. Really recommend to go to the Thai section, you get authentic Thai stuff there. Around the water body there are a lot of small eating outlets and if you like seafood and authentic Thai or pan Asian food you will get a lot of options there. The amusement sides are really good and there is something for everyone. It works out to be a bit expensive because you pay per ride so decide what all rides you want to do and then buy the points accordingly as the more you buy the more discount you get so it's better to top up your card accordingly.
Thank you 🤩 We always strive to provide you with the best experiences! We will be waiting for your visit again.

Truly Global! Can’t wait to return next year!
Global Village Dubai is a must-visit attraction for anyone who loves to explore different cultures, cuisines and entertainment. It is a huge park that features 78 countries in 26 pavilions, each with its own unique displays, products and shows. You can find everything from handicrafts and souvenirs to food and beverages from around the world. We spent two days at the Global Village and we still felt like there was so much more to see and do. Tuesdays are for families. We enjoyed walking around the pavilions and learning about the history, traditions and customs of various nations. We also watched some amazing performances by talented artists and performers from different regions. Some of the highlights were the AAINJAA street drumming from Colombia, the Urban Crew acrobatic dance from the Philippines, and the Diana Haddad concert from Lebanon. The kids had a blast at the Carnaval, where they tried out many exciting rides and games. There were rides for all ages and preferences, from thrilling roller coasters and bumper cars to gentle carousels and trains. They also loved the Ripley’s Believe It Or Not museum, where they saw some of the most bizarre and fascinating exhibits and attractions. They especially liked the Mini World, where they could see miniature replicas of famous landmarks and monuments from around the globe. We also did a lot of shopping at Global Village, as there were so many options and bargains to choose from. We bought some beautiful carpets from Turkey, some fragrant spices and saffron from Yemen, some colorful pottery from Morocco, and some delicious chocolates from Switzerland. We also found some unique and quirky items, such as a camel milk soap from the UAE, a bamboo flute from China, and a wooden mask from Africa. We had a memorable and enjoyable experience at Global Village Dubai, and we would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to have a fun and educational day out with their family and friends. It is a place where you can discover the best of the world in one place.
Thank you 🤩 We will be waiting for your visit again!

    Vibrant and entertaining
I had a great time at Global Village in Dubai on New Years Day. It's like a mini world tour wrapped in one vibrant package. Each pavilion transports you to a different country, and the level of detail is just amazing. You can see, taste, and feel the essence of each culture. Speaking of taste, the food is a global feast. I tried everything from sizzling street foods to some really exquisite dishes. Shopping here is a treat too. I found so many unique items, perfect for gifts or just to keep as a reminder of my visit. The live performances added so much energy and color to the experience. There was such a diverse range of cultural acts, and I was genuinely entertained. The whole place is lit up beautifully, creating a really magical atmosphere. What made my visit extra special was how friendly everyone was. The staff went out of their way to make sure visitors had a great time. If you're in Dubai, you have to visit Global Village. It's not just for tourists; it's a vibrant celebration of cultures from around the world. It's a place that really brings people together, right in the heart of the city.

A very busy place on weekends which lives up to its tag of Global. But nothing that matches "Village". This place is large and spread out. So word of caution goes out to the families with little children and elderly people. For the hundreds of people visiting there are very limited places to sit. In fact you can see some people taking wheelchairs on some pretexts and using them in turns just to sit. There's not much to see here except a couple of structures made to resemble the culture of the places they represent. Each has its own marketplace which is supposed to have products exclusively from that country of origin but alas that is just not the case. Items are as pricey as the salespeople and shop owners are agitated.

Food options are limited and priced higher than normal.Though a sizeable parking provision has been made at the venue, there's always a queue of people waiting and circling (for more than 20 mins at peak times) and willing to slug it out at the parking lot when they see a car pulling out. Yes most of these people seem to be visitors with less time, patience and options rather than residents. Valet parking is the best - they're like hired hands willing to take out anyone in the parking lot.

Weather permitting best to visit around sundown (or when the earliest it opens) with an average visiting time of 45 mins unless you like inhaling a lot of foreign breath, pondering about your past life choices or stopping for food. This place is not free and tickets are to be bought. You will be happy to hangout with young friends here and do some impulsive shopping but anything else might disappoint.

For a place like this the basics should be done right - nominal ticket prices, normal priced food in variety, ample eating areas for all people, better stuff at individual stalls and easy accessibility through public transport that makes it tempting to visit rather than brushing up on your parking lot negotiation or kung-fu skills.

We cake back after more then 10 years and what has this place changed in a positive way. entrance is relatively cheap, there are so many countries to visit, Africa is really amazing, we spend some time at the kids theatre which was very well organised. So much food to choose from from all around the world at decent prices. We came on a friday and it was crowded, we may return but not on a weekend day. Europe was nice too. Ver large parking with shuttle buses to the entrance, when you buy your ticket online you don't need to wait in the queue..

We visited the Global village during the National Day weekend in Nov end along with our cousin's family. We blocked the family passes online for AED 99 which is very economical since you get 8 tickets along with free entry to the Circus and Stunt shows along with valet parking.
The Global Village, and annual event has stalls, food, shopping and art from all around the world. There are many shows all throughout the evening representing the various countries. We had 2 toddlers with us who really enjoyed the Circus & Stunt Show.
Kids also enjoyed the fun at the Turkish Ice Cream counter. Since it was National Day weekend, we also enjoyed the fireworks at 9 pm in the evening. We stayed back till 1 am in the night and it was indeed a fun evening.

Word of caution: Be prepared to walk a lot and if you are traveling with toddlers, please carry a stroller.

I travel to Dubai every year, and for a short stay, but I always make time for Global village!
Amazing entertainment shows for over 50 country zones!
Lots of food everywhere from all around the world, amazing shopping as well as live music in several places!
There's also a huge amusement park for kids to have fun!

Pros: lots of things to do, eat and watch!
Amazing spices with good prices in several countries.
Cons: Few toilets, usually takes a long walk to reach one, which is usually crowded. So it's inconvenient when you have little toddlers who have the urgency to use one.

Tips: always negotiate prices when shopping, they usually set a high price expecting negotiations.
You can buy your tickets online to avoid queues, but I recommend it only through the global village website (other websites usually lag or take a longer time to reply)

A must see when in Dubai. The drive from our hotel to destination was about 30 minutes. No need to make prior bookings as the queues are small and it costs 15 dirhams per person. I have never seen a place like this before. All countries are represented in the village with lots of shops with authentic goods and food pertaining to each country available. Small shows happen at each of the countries at different times. The big wheel and rides are great as well. You will need about 2 days to fully experience and enjoy the Global Village. Taxi, bus and limo service is readily available. My entire family thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

We both visited Global village late afternoon on Tuesday 04/02/20 & cheap admission fee AED 15.00 each adult. We walked in just after 4pm & at first not many visitors. Culturally interesting & beautiful water dance from 6pm & then every hour,
Many places to eat & explore the different cultural merchandise & mostly enjoyed the African experience. Stayed around 3 hours & personally once you've visited Global Village we wouldn't necessarily return for a second visit.
A Self 10 min sketch was fun & only cost AED 100-

Global Village is a top class entertainment attraction in the cooler months in Dubai. Open from November to March each year, it attracts huge crowds among locals and tourists alike. Every season, there is something new to offer here.

With an entry of AED 15, it's not surprising that so many people come here. The country pavilions have a number of items representative of their countries and one can bargain on the same. The Carnaval fun fair is a big attraction for children and adults accompanying them, with a mix of tame, moderate and thrilling rides.

The best part of Global Village is the entertainment at every corner. From live performances to stage shows and concerts, there is plenty of action. Each season, the shows change and one can go here just to catch these alone. The stunt show survivor during the current season was awesome. Everything here is clean and well-organized, from the washrooms to the ATM facilities.

One can easily spend 5-6 hours here, taking in the sights and sounds. Food options are numerous with a food street, restaurants and stalls offering snacks from across the world. It's a place which offers a new experience every season!

Aside from the shows and the architecture everything is about selling you the same things at a hefty price. Nothing special and sometimes the sellers are trying too much to get you to buy from them and become annoying.

It is relatively easy to get there by bus 106 from Mall of Emirates train station 5 with a fee of only 10 dirhams.
We spent 4 hours gazing at the lights, shows and had some good food from the bosnian cart.
Took some rides in the park but the prices were quite high.
Polite staff everywhere.

We dedicated two evenings for GV and are regretting already. To be able to enjoy and visit each country's pavilion I'd recommend at least 4-5 evenings. There is a plethora of foods and shopping opportunities. The layout is pretty impressive, preventing redundant walking. The facilities maintenance team is the best, given the traffic the grounds are kept in good shape all the time.
ATMs are scattered across to make it very easy for visitors.
We rented a stroller for our 5 year old which allowed us to enjoy long hours of this one of a kind place.
There is potter service available for folks heavy into shopping.
This is such a fun place to spend time with family, friends or just by yourself.

One of the most attractive tourist spot of Dubai, affordable & fun filled. The main theatre displays different shows multiple times including dances from different cultures, jokers and circus feats. Fountain show with lots of colorful lights and dancing water spouts leave u in awe. The pavilions of different countries offer you with good merchandise and some cultural dances & shows. Crystal clear water of the canal in the middle is beautiful with some games for kids around it. Funland has some scary rides including human sling and free fall tower for thrill loving people. Many attractions for kids including boating, carts, ghosts house and some bikes/ cars stunt show (Extra cost) plus a fountain where the kids can enjoy getting wet under the splash so an extra suit is recommended to keep along. As a whole it is an awesome place to visit. It has attractions for all age groups.
Advises:
Better to purchase tickets online to avoid queues.
Food from outside is allowed.
Bosnian kababs are very tasty.
Pavilions like Pakistani, Indian, China are note worthy.
Visit in early hour to enjoy max as it is very big.
Take jackets along in the months of December & January especially when accompanied by children.
Ticket cost is AED 15.
