Comfortable....easy...safe...clean everywhere...sometimes far away from the tourist attraction...sometimes close to f.e. A shopping mall. At this moment 2euro p.p. One way.

The metro is a great way to get around Dubai, first its above ground I assumed it was an underground service, Its very clean easy to use and stops at al the places we required. It was easy to buy tickets we bought an all day pass I can imagine it can be crowded in the rush hours. As its... More

The metro takes you to great Dubai destinations such as The Dubai Mall, Mall of Emirates and the Dubai Marina. If you can, avoid the rush hour at all cost. I've never seen so many people push, shove and jam themselves into the train when it's already crowded. The staff was very helpful in providing us information to get the... More

It is really worthy to see and use Dubai metro. Even they have only two line in this moment they are very useful and efficient. It is one of the most modern metro lines in the world, completely automatized, perfectly precised, extremely clean and very cheap.

Very clean, maybe the cleanest of all European Metros. On time, no noise, no nothing. Around 5e for a daily pass.

The Metro is by far the quickest way to get around. It is clean and modern. Some staff at the information counter do not understand English that well. Also, there were no maps available to take away from the Dubai Mall station, where we started our journey.

We used the metro for the first time after previously having visited Dubai a couple of times before. We were blown away by the cleanliness of the stations and trains. Very efficient frequent trains. We opted for the gold class and pleased we did as the trains were busy during peak times and was nice not to be squashed in.... More

I've been using this metro for a work commute since coming to live in Dubai 6 months ago. The staff are very polite and helpful, and this must be one of the cleanest metros in the world. One is not allowed to eat or drink on the metro, and I think that sighs for this are not sufficiently prominent. The... More
