My kids- 13 & 6 are enjoying the Academy here in Dubai Ice Rink. They are learning fast because the coaches are great! After the lessons they practice together with the public sessions. Facilities here are great and all the staff are really very friendly and welcoming. A very much recommended experience!

First and foremost, the coaching staff, particularly Coach Mei and Coach Dennis, deserve a special mention. Their expertise, patience, and passion for teaching have truly elevated my skating skills. Whether it's refining my technique or mastering new moves, they're always there with invaluable guidance and encouragement. Thanks to them, I've not only improved significantly but also developed a deep love for the sport. But it's not just about the lessons. The entire atmosphere at Dubai Ice Rink is welcoming and inclusive. Every member of the staff goes above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience for visitors. From assisting with equipment to offering friendly advice, their warmth and professionalism make every trip to the rink a delight. Moreover, there's something about this place that feels like home. Perhaps it's the camaraderie among fellow skaters or the sense of community fostered by the staff. Whatever it is, stepping onto the ice here always feels like returning to a familiar, comforting space. Of course, no establishment is perfect, and Dubai Ice Rink is no exception. One minor suggestion for improvement would be to consider adding a second bench inside the female dressing room. It's a small detail, but it could make a big difference in terms of convenience and comfort.

The staff was amazing. Helpful and understanding. My youngest refused to step inside the rink and we got an extra ticket. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 This is my kids happy place. If we visit the mall ice rink is a must. Loved the experience.

Ms. Mei is an exceptional ice skating coach. Her expertise, patience, and encouragement have greatly improved my son’s, Shaun, skills and confidence on the ice. We highly recommend her to anyone seeking a dedicated and effective coach.

Ski lessons are great experience for my kids. Place is organized, and the crew are courteous and helpful. Mohd Hassan from the desk is helpful and Coach Kevin on the ski is great, goes above and beyond.

Absolutely fantastic experience at the Dubai Ice Rink for my son's first time skating! Great place for families to try out skating. Great fun especially for kids. The ring was quite large and the duration available for skating was substantial. Recommend the place without a doubt.
