The place itself is great but the sellers are too annoying! They will ran after you to push their product! That behavior is so disgusting!

The spice and gold souks are a different side to Dubai’s glitzy sky scrapers and shopping malls. The gold souk was ok, more touts here trying to sell fake watches, sunglasses etc. Just be firm and say no and it’s no bother. There is such...More

I have traveled around the world. I understand people want to make money. Somebody needs to educate shop keepers basic sales. They are driving people away with high pressure pushy behavior. You can buy the same stuff at Global Village or the Souk Madinet. Any...More

Here you find a Dubai totally different then the skyscrapers from TV. There's a nice boat transition to gold souk, 5 minutes only and a nice view, the only problem are the annoying salers.

Yes this is a glittering pedestrian walkway. A good experience to see all gold jewelleries and all the precious stones. Very nice place to fill up your instagrams and FB.

Full of fake overpriced knock offs. All the spices were overpriced by 2-3 times a fair price. This place is built to rip-off tourists and for nothing else. The gold prices were also way higher than what we see in the U.S. and some had...More
