    Mamzar Beach park
The ideal location to spend leisure time with friends or family. There are a lot of beaches, sport pitches, and barbecue spot in the shadow of the trees. In general, it safe and clean place, but may be some changing rooms and toilets need to be refreshed. Entrance by RTA cards, price AED 5. The set of sunbed+sun umbrella AED 30. We were here on Saturday, but it was not much crowdy.

This beach park is an absolute nightmare! We are three womans and our 10-year-old child came here on a Wednesday for a relaxing day, but it turned into a total disaster. Firstly we bought tickets at the counter as everyone, and when the guard checked them, he just tossed our receipt in the trash when I questioned him, he rudely said we didn't need it. Naively, I thought he must know better, being a staff member.

As we were applying sunscreen on the beach, out of nowhere, woman on a black scooter zooms up, screaming at us! She was so aggressive, accusing us of sneaking in with a child and threatening to call the police. Her aggresive scream attracted attention from everyone on the beach. She wouldn't leave us alone, even calling some other girls from staff in a car to kick us out. They agressivly informed us that apparently, today children boys aren't allowed. We explained we were tourists, it was our first time here, and nobody mentioned this rule when we bought the tickets. Moreover, the guard had thrown away our receipt, and these girls mentioned we should have kept it. But anyway I showed my bank account history.

They whisked away our mother and brother in their car, leaving my sister and me stranded in the scorching heat to walk back alone. Not only did we face embarrassment and inconvenience, but they also refused to refund our money, despite it being their mistake. And we weren't the only ones—they pulled the same scam on other families, too!

It's clear this Al Mamzar Beach Park is exploiting tourists for profit, which reflects poorly on the country's hospitality. And let me tell you, there are plenty of fantastic free beaches nearby with showers, toilets, and changing rooms, and they're not crowded at all.

Situations like these leave negative impressions about the country for tourists, and after experiences like this, returning to this country is the last thing on our minds.

Not nearly enough info online. Dubai doesn’t have park & rec info like US. So after a 45 minute/$102 taxi ride there, I’m dumped off with my husband and 7 year old son just to find out it’s women’s day: Only women and boys under 6 allowed. So we walked in the 96 degree heat down to a nearby beach, loud with the constant sounds of jet ski’s racing. I recommend calling before you go to avoid frustration. And as this was one of our last days here, we obviously will not get to see this supposedly lovely beach.

We are a family with friends. We want only is to enjoy my daughter in the Mamzar Swimming pool but it didn't happen. From the entrance nobody ask us about the rules though they said that it's on the bullitin board (after 30mins not before!!!)but since I have a 2 year old daughter I don't have the time to read. Imagine after 30mins and We swim already they are asking me and my kid to wear head cup ofcourse she will not wear it. One of the Indian team leader / supervisor named SAM or SANNa can't remember he is SO RUde he ruined our day . It happens that after all the payment we just go home with my kid crying and she didn't enjoy. It's not our fault that nobody brief us about this rules but paying 30 aed for parking 73 aed for our ticket and even bought a life preserve inside the facility but only dissappointment I got. It's not good to keep on informing most of us just to wear it . Most of the Mommy's are so dissappointed about this. Worst ever. !Staying for almost an hour of dissaappintment. !!

The beach had a very affordable entrance fee of Aed.5. The washrooms were super clean, the beaches were picturesque and spotlessly clean. Loved everything about it.

Now the Al Mamzar Beach Park isn’t more under RTA control. They sold the “right to manage” to a private company that charges you 30 aed everytime you need to enter in the park with your own car. So, if you need to go out and come back, it’s another 30 aed fee to pay. It’s ridiculous how some people think about business in UAE. You pay this money for nothing because you don’t receive anything back from them. My suggestion: If you can, go to another place. This place I wouldn’t suggest even for an enemy.
