After looking around for what i would do for my fiance to make her weekend, i decided to do some water sports activities. i was not sure how she would react to it but after booking Nemo the welcome was thrilling and made us feel so special and safe(she isn't a good swimmer) we were taken through the safety guide and went to hit the waves. the experience and the views of the city from the sea were just marvelous. My fiance was so into it that i felt how i had made her day and that meant a lot to me. In general the staff were so friendly and they prioritized our safety all the time. I will always recommend you guys for that

Thank you Nemo Crew for this special experience. Everyone was very nice and helpful. My instructor Sabi was really good. It was my first time on the Jetski so I felt a little insecure with driving faster. But he gave me good instructions to make me feel safer. So after all I loved the speed after getting to know the Jetski. Also he took very nice pictures and had fun playing around with the Jetski giving you a shower if you don’t pay attention. It was a blast! Thank you so much!

My husband & I did the speedboat tour. Had a great time seeing beautiful Dubai from the water. Dionel gave interesting info on the city & sights, Muhammed was a very skilled boat captain, Derek checked us in at the dock & Peter gave us a ride to a hotel when we couldn’t find a cab. These guys went out of their way to make a great day for 2 American tourists. We felt so badly when Peter drove us to the Taj hotel so their concierge could get us a cab. Because we had tipped for the boat ride & only had $ left for the cab back to our hotel, we had no extra $ to give them a tip. They were so nice to drive us in their own vehicle after they had worked a long day & we will always remember their kindness. Please visit Nemo; they are professional & kind & you will have lots of fun!

So I booked back in April a 2 hour jet ski tour, and paid a 100GBP deposit on PayPal not a problem.
I arrived with my partner on Tuesday to be pushed and pressured into hiring 2 jet skis for 1 hour as a pose to the 1 jet ski for 2 hours. We accepted this as it was clear it was this or nothing and paid the remaining balance.
Upon checking bank statement the following day, they charged an extra 100 GBP for doing the option they wanted us to do!!
No mention of a different price, clear that the 2 hour option wasn’t available as after the hour session there was people waiting for our jet skis..double booked.
Contacted Nemo for a refund to be told in a round about way...no.
Be warned and stay away.
Will certainly be taking this further.

There was 1hour deley for our jet ski, so we were talking to Anis and he told us that he will give us half price discount cause of that. After our jet ski he changed his mind and we haven't recived any money. That wasn't professional service, there are so many different companies offering jet ski for cheaper in the area, so do not recommend Nemo WaterSports.

We were recommended Nemo Water Sports, so booked direct through their website with ease. Initial deposit is taken & you pay the balance on arrival at the harbour. When we arrived, we quickly completed a form & the final payment was taken. We were told to hurry, even though we had arrived well before our actual booked time (we had booked an 1 hour tour at 12pm but my family & I were in the water by 11.30am). I assume we were hurried along so we could join another group that had booked & were waiting to leave.
The guide asked who had never driven a jet ski before, I explained I hadn’t (luckily my husband had & our 15 daughter was his passenger). The guide basically explained the on/off button, go slow through the harbour, don’t get too close to each other and lastly, jet ski’s don’t have brakes!! I was hoping for a little more instruction or a small trial around the harbour area to make sure we were all safe to drive but no.
The next moment we were pushed off the jetty & expected to go out into the open sea. I can’t lie, I was very nervous. I found the very large 2 seater jet ski very difficult to steer/control for quite a while. As time went on, I did begin to feel a little more confident. I did still feel very rushed to keep up, which I guess was down to my inexperience & lack of confidence. The guide did race on ahead & didn’t check if I was okay. Thankfully my husband & a person from the other group that was in the other group did. The guide was also a little ‘shouty’ & abrupt (but this could be because he was speaking in English for us).
After all this though, I must say, my family & I did have a wonderful time. We made some fabulous memories to treasure. We saw some amazing sights of Dubai like the Burj Al Arab from the sea. The guide also takes lots of photos & videos during the tour & forwards them through to your mobile phone at no extra charge, which is great! The cost of the tour was very reasonable too. The jet ski’s appeared to be well maintained & there was a small changing facility on site, which was very handy.
Maybe if the Nemo tour guides were just a little more friendly and patient with new/inexperienced drivers, like myself, I would have definitely given 5 stars.

I would give a zero rating if there was an option! One star is too generous for this company!
A complete waste of family time and money! Avoid making bookings here if you are looking for a family experience. We booked the 60 minute tour to the Atlantis Hotel and then return. We got nowhere near the Atlantis and were blamed for being too slow when it is the instructor who sets the pace. The instructor wasted time taking lots of photos and videos for other members of our group.The briefing at the start was terrible, it was supposed to be 15 minutes but was literally a couple of minutes!
Our two children were left stranded when some plastic got into their jet ski ! Our instructor had gone on ahead and not bothered to ensure they were ok. After some time another instructor came along and helped our children.
When we complained about not having the experience we paid for and the fact that our two children were stranded on their own, all we got were lies from the group leader. Their was no apology or attempt to resolve the issues we raised. We asked for the complaints procedure but were not given the information to make a formal complaint.
Do not use this company! Avoid !

Unorganised and late.
We didn’t set off until 3.40pm after we’d booked for 3pm. The sign in process was a mess with the bloke at the desk having no order at all. He had no idea who was who and people were randomly asking us when we are booked for. Didn’t fill you with confidence.
My 10 year old daughter and I went on one JetSki and my Wife and Son in another. There was another couple which was disappointing as we thought we might go as a group ourselves. Because of their poor management I think they had to group up more people.
We had this cocky bloke who just sped off into the distance and after a few minutes we couldn’t see him at all amongst the many JetSki and boats in the area. After a while he comes back and I say we would like to go back as my Daughter and I were not enjoying it at all and felt it dangerous. He told me to go quicker and I refused as we were told we could go at our own pace. He then asked me to turn the JetSki off and then he just left us there.
My daughter became extremely distressed as boats and other craft were coming close to us and I had to move several times to avoid them. Luckily his colleague “Lee” came along. “What are you doing here” We told him the other bloke told us to stay here. “This is too dangerous, come over here.” As he muttered “Lunatic” about the cowboy that took us out and put us in danger. Thanks to Lee we were returned to the dock we started from.
My Wife and Son has a great time so that is at least something. Unfortunately the experience for my daughter and I was awful. Mainly due to the lack of care taken by this reckless bloke who really didn’t care less about our safety. Just a cocky jock. I considered giving him a mouthful as he scoffed his McDonalds in the dock. But I kept quiet and just wanted to leave and move on.
Go elsewhere, and by that I mean probably take a boat trip as this area isn’t really great for JetSki. Too rough and not safe.

All our apologies on this. Can you please contact us per email as I am not sure which one is your booking (I think I have know which one but not sure) ? We want to make it up for what happened.
We (the management) are sadened by the experience your had. We pride ourselves to have high standards, and one of the first is to be on time and the first at sea is the safety. As you can see at our base, we have high quality equipment, a high number of instructors all certified and several persons to welcome the customers to offer the best customer experience possible. Things can happen, but we do not accept the cascade of issues that happened to you and your daughter.
When we say everyone goes at her/his own pace, we mean it, and we have previously sent warnings to some of the instructors not respecting this motto.
We will investigate on our side and take actions, because we do not accept this. We want to provide the best customer experience. We know our clients are on holidays, may come to Dubai only once, and our activity is not cheap.
If you would be kind enough contact us (per email), so we could do our best to make it up, and we mean it.

The staff was friendly. We had a guided tour for two on one jet ski. Our guide kindly made pictures of us. Due to the waves the trip was really a challenge! But when you drive yourself you feel more confident then when you sit behind the driver.

John who was our instructor who was really amazing and knowledgeable . He took loads of pictures for us and allowed us to go at our own pace. He took us to the main stops such as Atlantis, Burjal Arab to click some amazing photos. The price was very reasonable compared to other places so anyone wanting a jet Ski experience I would defo recommend you to do it with Nemo Water sports.

The minimum legal age to drive a jet ski in Dubai is 16y old. However younger ones from 6/7y old can be passengers.
