This place is so beautiful and peaceful. I really recommend going for a quiet stroll around the cemetery if you are in Sucre.

We went for a long walk from the centre to reach this place, and found it to be very quiet and surprisingly a quite lovely place for a stroll.

this is about a 15-20 mins walk from the plaza (in town).. down n uphill slightly. Nice place, very quiet, serene, benches to sit and contemplate the day.

I found the cemetery really intersting. It has differnt sections. There is one section where you find musicians. There are also some Jewish graves where you realize that WWII had impacts til Bolivia.

if you're trying to find a green spot to relax and (for example) read other than parque bolivar you should go to the cemetery! it it very beautiful, tranquil and has some interesting tombs to look at.

the cemetery is nice cause it has a lot of trees and is worth a visit if you don't have anything else to do.

Unless you have nothing else to do this isn't really worth the visit. It's a cemetery - and there are people mourning there. It doesn't seem right to be a tourist there
