Worth the travel to spend several hours at the Fair. Park at Briarwood mall and take shuttle bus. They run regular so no long wait. Lots and lots of art to peruse and buy. Plus, if hungry, you get to pick from some nice restaurants.

Great place to find something to eat. Nice area to roam around. It is in the heart of U of M campus. The M den is on this street as well as the vintage ann arbor theatre

Getting less personalized and more franchised in the store offerings. Still a few nice 'Ann Arbor' type stores left, but those are becoming scarce. Watch out for the students as they own the road, whether walking or riding on their bikes.

Loved the live jazz music, really good atmosphere. Little bit dirty, a lot of homelessness but other than that super cool and lots of good shops

Ann Arbor is thought of mostly as a University town and it is, but there is a lot going on the districts about town, like State Street, Main Street and Kerrytown for example. Michigan Theater is here as well as the old, but grand Nickels...More
